I had an amazing massage by Jyoti. She had really good pressure and also checked with me that I was happy with the pressure. I had fallen trekking a few days before and she took extra care to make sure she did not cause any pain over the bruised areas. I was impressed with her kind and warm presence and also gave an incredible massage. She has the hands of an angel. I have marked the spa down because of your terrible timing. I arrived at 16.20 and was told there wasn't availability until 16.45. I was happy to wait in the lobby and have a drink. I was called up to the spa at 16.45 and was told there would be a five to ten minute wait. Again I agreed. I was finally called in for a massage at 17. 15. I then had a further ten minute wait until the masseuse came into the room. I think next time, please be honest about the actual time for the massage. I didn't mind waiting but I would have preferred walking up and down by the lakeside instead of being sat in the unlit room waiting to be called in. Despite this, I still recommend, Jyoti saved the day and she is incredible! She is a gem! Just be honest about your timings in future. Thank you

I had the 2 hr trekker massage the day after returning from Annapurna Base Camp trek. The massage therapist was AMAZING. The massage was painful at times, but in a good way, and I was back to walking like normal right after it. It was incredibly relaxing and I felt like my sinuses and any residual muscle pain was all cleared out. It was very easy to make an appointment over Whatsapp. The facilities themselves are lovely. The massage room I was in was huge and had a shower and toilet en suite. I was able to choose my aromatherapy oils. The price is considerably higher than other spas in the area, but the therapist did a great job. One word of advice--don't opt for the additional sauna and steam room. They are both very very small, no option really to lay down, and the sauna was broken on the day I was there. It's not like a day spa like we may be used to in the US, where you can spend a few hours in the pools and saunas. Better to just stick with their services. :)

I'm happy that my experience was better than my previous one in the old property. Booking was easily done via a phone call with Suvi, who was polite and friendly. The waiting area was quite warm without any aircon / fan. I opted for a Deep tissue massage for 90mins which was great. The massage room was clean and most importantly noise free. Just a reminder, it would be better if the masseuse would wash her hands before continuing with the face & head massage so it's oil free. A hanger or something to hang our clothes would be nice as well. A welcome beverage or an offer to have a herbal tea would be nice after massage.Prices has gone higher compared to before but their service has improved as well. Yes, better than my previous experience but there's better in Pokhara.

Overall, this is one of the best massage spas we visited while in Nepal. Upon entrance, the ambiance is warm and inviting.The lobby is very clean and filled with great aroma. The staff greeted us with smiles and were very friendly and helpful with making our massage selections. We were treated to infused water and a welcome face/hand cloth. After a few minutes, we were greeted by our therapists and taken to our room in which we received the best and most relaxing massages! Afterward, we were treated to herbal tea. We were so impressed, we made another appointment for the following day! Fantastic experience!

Wonderful experience. I got the Tranquility Half Day package which included a full body scrub, aryurvedic massage with rose oil, and facial with the additional steam bath option. In total the entire spa treatment lasted 4 hours. Everyone at the spa were extremely kind and welcoming. The ambiance was relaxing and peaceful. Probably one of the best massages I have ever had, extremely professional and felt amazing. Afterwards they served us tea and cookies. Would definitely recommend this place in pokhara if you are looking to treat yourself for a relaxing spa day for an amazing price.

Just completed one of the treks on the Annapurna Circuit, it was pouring with rain so thought I would treat myself. The spa fitted me in as a walk in appointment. Staff were friendly and very professional. Spa decor is lovely and relaxing. Masseuse was friendly. I had a lovely spinal massage. Shoulder were tight from carrying a pack, it felt good to get the knots ironed out. I walked in off the street for a massage and face wash. I only waited 10mins and they had a room and masseuse ready for me. Mina was amazing! Very professional with covers and check ins (pressure and comfort level). 90minute trekkers massage totally made my day! The use of massage oil was perfect, not too much nor too little. The atmosphere was calm and quiet with ambient music softly playing in the background. Before the massage I had a short foot soak and calf/foot scrub. Mina helped stretch my muscles; much needed after crossing Thorong La! Highly recommend this location for your massage needs! Great experience!

After looking around for a while in Pokhara at other spas finally felt comfortable enough to get a massage at Tranquilty. Front desk was welcoming and the place looked and smelt clean. Went for the ayurvedic massage and it was great. The therapist was polite and had the right amount of pressure throughout and seemed to be able to trigger all the pressure points to relieve any muscular pains. It's slightly more expensive than others but I think it's worth it for the experience and the cleanliness of the place.

I felt the quality of oil they are using is great compare to other places and they have a lot oil selection to choose from.Staffs were friendly, room was clean and massage was perfect. After a demanding 4-day trekking experience in the Himalayas, this massage was all I needed. Great service, great people and great massage. I also had the change to enjoy the sauna before starting my massage package. That was what I chose and it helped me to relax and heal from any pain that I had. We arrived at tranquility spa after looking at a few others and was warmly welcomed. It is a higher price but is worth it as the staff are very professional and the place is very clean. They give a nice foot bath before my deep tissue massage which was strong, and I went with the sweet orange oil which smelt great. It was very peaceful during the massage with nice music playing. Recommend for tourists that want a professional massage.

I can say that it’s THE BEST MASSAGE I have had in a very long time.The therapist was fabulous and almost lulled me into a blissful sleep.I left the spa feeling refreshed and energised! Would definitely recommend the Deep Tissue Massage 90 minutes as the best in Nepal! Good Sauna and great Trekking Massage. The massage was actually more painful than the whole Trek to Annapurna Base Camp. I had a lot of pain and issues moving my head for 2 days after the massage. The massage removed some old blockage in my back I already had for years. Now, it is even much better than before. No cracking anymore in my shoulders when I rotate my arms. Feel younger for years now. Not a cheap massage - but I really recommend it. If you just want a wellness massage - just let them know beforehand :)

Peaceful, quiet place that is very professional. The staff are all very friendly and helpful with any questions, comments, concerns. The massage was also top notch. I got the Ayurvedic and the natural, homemade oil smells divine and the pressure was perfect without having to request any change- she knew exactly the hard and soft pressure points. All around would highly recommend. The price, while more than most in Pokhara, is worth the difference for a clean, quiet, relaxing and soothing place.

One of my friend suggested me of Tranquility Spa.After a long and tiring trip to Lomanthang, I went to this spa. I must say I am impressed by the cleanliness, service and varieties of massages they offer. I had an amazing, excellent and fulfilling Ayurvedic message. The masseuse was exceptional.Likewise, Ms Suvadra and Ms Birsana at the reception were very friendly gave me a proper explanation of the types of massages and oils used in the massage. I would definitely come back again.

Loved this place! The ambiance was wonderful, rooms spotless, and the massage was epic. I got an hr and 30 min Ayervedic massage, and Sita was thorough! I got an amazing massage at Tranquility Spa. The staff are all really lovely, kind and respectful and the spa rooms are beautifully arranged, with a great personal shower for after treatment, comfy towels and robes and all the extras of a 5 stars hotel. i went for 1 hour strm bath , the steam bath was perfect but The staff came in more than 7 times they groom their hair,they pipi,they came both to check some problem with the tubes, plus the control of the steam bath tempresture .so the tranquility was kind of none.I counted many visits from the staff n 1 hour .Thank you Maybe they expected a tip that i did not give very clean place in deed next time i think i look for a busy place maybe i get better service

A little pricey but absolutely worth it. It was such an incredibly relaxing experience, and you really feel truly pampered. I got a package Tranquility Bliss which had excellent massage and a body scrub. I think Sunita was my masseuse and she was great and attentive. She asked me twice during the massage of the pressure was okay for me. I was so relaxed i almost fell asleep, even while she was expertly working the knots out of my back. I highly recommend!

I have been using the spa since I arrived in March 2023. I cannot fault their service and hospitality from the friendly receptionist to the amazing masseuse who will always cater to your needs. A*** service and amazing massages. A gem of a place in Pokhara. A must visit. 100% recommended

Visited the spa recently based on online reviews and wasn’t disappointed. The spa is located on center Lakeside. From the warm welcome and patient explanation of the treatments and aromatherapy oils by the receptionist, to the very good quality massage given by the therapist. We loved that they had showers in the room. The massage itself was heavenly!Prices are mid range and the overall experience offers good value for money.

I had an amazing experience over here. I opted for a Himalayan Healing (Trekker's Massage (90 minutes) duration and trust me it was one of the most relaxing experience I’ve had. The masseur was very professional and on top of it 30 mins steam bath. My body feels relaxed and rejuvenated now. The place maintains very good standard of hygiene. I will definitely be visiting them again. Good job team.

I got the Tranquility Signature massage and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend it enough. The masseuses knew exactly what they were doing and were very attentive. I had hot stone massage yesterday. My masseur was Meena. She is very experienced. The temperature of the stones were just nice. The massage warmed up my body and I felt more relaxed and refreshed after the massage. The ambience was very relaxing once i stepped into the spa. Definitely revisit in the future!

I loved my 45 minute spinal massage with Manisha. Just WOW. She was excellent!! The ambiance is very nice. It is a high quality, clean spa. The only negative was that the electricity went out twice while I was getting my massage. But those lasted only for a couple of minutes.

The service was good. You get a welcome drink. The rooms are very clean and take you into a harmonic and relaxing atmosphere. The price is, compared to the "street spas", higher, but you get an intensive and professional massage.

Perfect massage. I went for trekkers massage which I so badly needed after trekking. It was wonderful, just what I needed. The therapist was thorough and experienced. The whole experience was just great. Definitely recommend.

Just finished my 90 minute Ayurvedic massage and it was perfect and heavenly! They start with a foot bath & foot scrub and the ambience was so serene. Facilities were clean. Herbal tea was also nice. Keep up the good work!

I think it's the best value for money spa in pokhara.Great therapist & the receptionist who listened to all my request so I felt really relax after though working week.Super nice relaxation area.Totally recommend.

Just had the best massage I have ever received. I had the 90mins trekkers massage from Shankar and he had the perfect amount of pressure and attention to detail. A truly gifted therapist. Highly recommend.
