My husband and I worked with B-moving for our move last week for our family of four. Two story home with outdoor living and potted trees. The guys were so wonderful to work with right from the booking stage. We were appropriately quoted with no hidden costs and some changes I had made to the booking to account for a larger truck and more hours were accommodated with no hassle. The guys called to confirm the booking a week prior and again the day before, and the guys were wonderful communicating their ETA on the day. The removalists on the day were punctual, respectful, considerate, with excellent communication and efficiency throughout the entire process. They kindly disassembled the beds and dining room table during the move and I was most of all pleased with the care they took of our personal items and ensuring all items were carefully packed into the truck and placed in the appropriate rooms in the new home - this certainly made the unpacking process much easier to manage. None of our personal items or our walls, door or window frames were damaged during the move. They were absolute legends effortlessly carrying concrete and wooden furniture, king beds and mattresses, and what seemed to be a never ending amount of kids toys up the stairs without a single complaint or delay. They had the entire move completed in less than a business day despite the rain and hail. They also kindly put our beds together so our girls had their rooms ready for them to come home to - we even had time to spare for me to pick up my kids from school on time. I can’t thank them enough - there were around 100 70L boxes in addition to our furniture, outdoor settings, and potted trees to pack and move. 2 hours late, had already had done a huge move before mine so the men were wrecked. One of the guys was good but the other not strong enough for large items. Many complaints that my things were very heavy!! Truck sent was too small for a 4 bed + study house, which would have resulted in 2 loads (paying hourly rate) if I hadn't got my step dads trailer for them to load. They were careless and rough resulting in many marks on walls, doors and items of furniture damaged. They have also stood 2 friends of mine up on the day of their move - cancelling at the last minute or not turning up. I think when it used to be a smaller company and the people running the company were the movers they were reliable. The two removalists on the day also complained about the amount of jobs per day they were expected to do. Really disappointing move. Don't think it even saved me any $$ in the long run and may have lost me part of bond due to damage to front door. Will not recommend or use again.

We had a terrible experience with B Moving. During our move, B Moving badly damaged our fridge door and completely broke our almost new television, costing us over $2000. B Moving has denied any fault for breaking the television because it was not in its "original box" when it was moved. B Moving did not point us to terms and conditions stating that the television must be in its original box before the move (and such a condition seems completely unreasonable in any event). We had secured the television with multiple layers of think bubble wrap for the move and also asked the person moving us to take extra care with the television. We are leaving this review to warn others not to use this company because we would not want anyone else to have the same stressful and very expensive experience as us.

I engaged the services of this removalist company for a recent move and my encounter was a blend of positives and negatives. The movers who conducted the actual moving tasks were amiable and supportive, which eased the process considerably. However, due to their inability to communicate in English, reliance on a translation app was necessary throughout. Regrettably, the company's professionalism was lacking, evident in sporadic communication hiccups and occasional lapses in courtesy. This unpolished approach, coupled with the language barrier, detracted from an otherwise promising experience with the hardworking on-ground team.

It’s our first time to use movers and we are very happy with our decision to go with B-movers. They really delivered! Byron was very accomodating and true to his word. The boys showed up on time and were very friendly. They planned out the move so well and efficient with time. I am most happy with the quality of their work as I no items we’re damaged or walls scratched. They moved my stuff with care and pricing was the best around. I highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again. They have made move out day less stressful.

I hadn't used B-moving before, and they were great. Ryan was helpful & the right amount of checking in from quote to confirmation (we had some potential changes on packing & moving dates). Zeb and Reynald were excellent on the day, efficient, effective & kind. I stayed out of the way & was impressed by the quick progress. The move included 2 x queen bed disassembly & assembly, a 3 bed house with a range of typical & unusual/ awkward items - they were great through it all & absolutely made what is often stressful, much less stressful.

I am so happy to have found B Moving, from the first call to Aaron, he assured me that the job would be done without a hitch, and he was correct. The guys arrived on time, very polite and respectful. Moved all the furniture carefully and thoughtfully packed into the van. The recipient who was to receive the furniture also said they were excellent at her home. So, I highly recommend B Movers, I will be recommending them to my friends and colleagues and will be using them again. Thank you Aaron and team for an excellent experience.

My partner and I used B Moving today to shift into a 2 bedroom apartment (the one moving out being 2 flights of stairs only), I’m usually one to do this kind of stuff myself, but after having surgery this week, the team at B Moving made it incredibly easy and hassle free for me, and were even happy to assist in dismantling furniture I struggled with. As well as that they are very efficient with their time and get the job done! I highly recommend, and will definitely use them again in the future! Thanks Guys!

They were not prepared, 5.5 hours late, flat tyres on a trolley, had to help them move. The final straw was extreme damage to my 6 month old television from handling which they washed their hands from thats now in the hands of consumer affairs for investigation. Would not recommend nor use them even if it was a free service. .. and after reading your response, Byron, you LIE as well. Now this just tops the load. As a professional business, you would take the comments and deal with it privately. Shame.

Amazing Service! I have difficulties with the other retail stores that they would not lift my french door fridge to level 1 living room. Contacted Byron, he is responsive and has arranged some of his experienced boys to help me out even during the weekend. The boys are professional and are super experienced handling with the fridge. Had a mishap which resulted our booked van with a different company not showing up. Got a call from Byron within the hour of requesting a quote and was told he could fit us in the next day! Paul and Russ were great and when a couple of the items wouldn't fit up the stairs they offered some possible solutions. We ended up leaving it to ourselves for another day but they tried. We're not moving again anytime soon, but will definitely reach out to B-Moving first.

I used B-Moving 3 times this month and on every occasion they were on time, professional, working quickly and carefully. If you have a location or apartment that is difficult to access, they have skilled people who can make that happen for you. My 3 seater couch came from upstairs balcony via ropes- no problem. Also, it was no trouble when I had to change the date of booking although I know they were very busy. Highly recommend

The two boys did an excellent job under the most trying conditions with 3.5 hours of heavy rain in a big 7hr 45min move. They were happy to ask questions to ensure they did the job as we wanted and did not waste time at all. Thank god the sun came out for the unpack where again they asked where we wanted everything. Lovely young men. Happy. Would recommend.

Used them a few years ago and they were okay then. This time, they completely broke one table, ruined another table and ruined my washing machine through negligence or just not caring. They also dented and scratched the walls in the new property, and have been avoiding my calls since then. Stay away if you don't want your items carelessly damaged.

Mehdy and Reynald did an exceptional job today. They were on-time, polite and efficient. Got everything done within 2.5 hours even it was a long drive to my new house. Very thoughtfully put the furniture where they needed to be although I didn't give them much instructions. This was my second time using B-moving. I'll definitely use them again.

These boys accomplished what Jim’s Removals could not. A large fridge up a narrow, awkward staircase, and two large sofas over the front balcony to 2nd floor. I was quoted 3hrs and they got it done in 45 min. Very pleased and will use again when we move in 12 months!
