Friendly staff, help me to find anything in my cart, despite the security lady on the entrance, wearing the white glasses and turban, very rude and unfriendly. I know the rules should check the bags, but her tone sounds like unacceptable. Overall nice place with great staff and completed stocks, better than Townhall one
Good store. Friendly service. But the click and collect experience needs to be simplified--you shouldn't have to book an appointment and then wait for a confirmation sms to pick up your order when you're already there. Look at Myer and just copy it. No brainer. Surprised that this is owned by Woolworths.
I love Big W and the store inside Westfield Eastgardens is pretty good. The stock and displays are always neat and tidy and easy to find. I especially love shopping for women’s graphic t-shirts and casual every day clothing and pyjamas. I also like the sheets and towel range.

Wow 45 minutes to complete a click and collect. It would be 0 stars if that was an option. One staff on the return/pick up counter and a line of 8 people. 19:00 15 December. I feel very disappointed in the store management as only one staff
When me and a couple of friends went to big w and decided to go to the sport section to buy a ball a worker came to us and forced us to leave the shop after just bouncing the ball like about two times we explained to him we were going to
Nothing special. The shop is always dirty, and messy. Staff gave off a lot of attitude. Disorganised and messy shelves makes it challenging to find individual products.
Love this Big W branch. The most complete stocks branch ever. All items that we are looking for are available in this branch.
The staff helped me out with getting a suit for my cousin's wedding for under $100 AUS and I look $1000.
Bought a few little outfits for my granddaughters ! So cute & cheap.
