Unfortunately this bank is closest to me so I’m forced to use it. No matter what time of day I come, there’s always a lineup. Consistently spend 10-15minutes waiting in line. For the past >8 years. Management needs to do a better job with HR, and providing help during busier times. Brutal.

Conveniently-located BMO branch on the southeast corner of Trafalgar and Dundas in Oakville. This branch also features a drive-thru bank machine if that suits your style. Located in a plaza with a Starbucks and Longo's in case you need to pick up a few other items while you're there.

Booked an appointment online a week in advance, got 2 notifications. Show up and the bank is closed for renovations. Waste my time and make dealing with my mother's death just that much harder. No answer from any of the contact numbers on my appointment emails. Very disappointing.

I have banked with BMO for 34 years and this bank is by far the best branch of all of the branches I have used. Very friendly, efficient, personalized service and a manger and staff who put the customer first. If only more could be like this.
