After having BOQ make two errors on our accounts. I was feeling disappointed to say the least. However the lovely Kim from Caroline Springs branch went out of her way to help us. She fixed both mistakes herself and put us at ease each time we dealt with her. We would love for Kim to get the recognition she deserves. We can't thank you enough Kim for putting everything in the correct order again.
