I have a VW Passat. The car is quite rare and skilled workers to do a good job on the car are difficult to find and often satisfaction level with VW service centers is also not high. I had availed the services of the Bosch service center in the past for my other car and took a chance on them. Issue 1 was of suspension, wherein lower arm was replaced on both sides. Issue 2 was of AC compressor failure and compressor had to be changed. On both counts the following is what left me extremely happy. 1. Service advisor is on top of his game, calls are returned in minutes. 2. Spares, they were uncompromising on ensuring right stuff was put. 3. Quality of workmanship: car came back perfect. 4. there is no pushing to get unnecessary work added to the list 5. small things here and there they will just do it and not even charge you for it. What can they improve Not much actually. They are doing a quality job at a reasonable price and are honest at what they do. One suggestion that they should always send back with the car all parts they have replaced so old parts do not go back into circulation. Overall 5 out of 5. Keep it up folks.

I have been using the service from Auto Clinic Bosch Service for the past 2 years now for Honda Jazz and my newly acquired Kia Carnival. After the purchase of the Kia Carnival, the very next day I had a minor accident causing a torn front bumper and side quarter panel. I was totally devastated to see the new vehicle in such a despair. I check with KIA service centre for the repair and I was informed lack of parts available for the repair and that it would take anywhere between 1 to 2 months for delivery. I then contacted Auto Clinic with my past experience and to my surprise they were quiet happy to solve the problem. The representative from Auto clinic came and picked up my car from my residence. The car was surveyed and I was informed by Suprith that the vehicle could be fixed but being a new vehicle there will be only 70% perfection. But to my surprise when I received the car, it looked as a factory fitted car with absolutely no change. I highly recommend Autoclinic and Bosch service. Many thanks to the wonderful team for the best work put forward today me.

Rats damaged some of the electrical wires in my 3 year old ford endeavour. Ford Service center was so far from sarjapur. So was looking for a trustable quick way to get it repaired. Got contact of this bosch car service from google and contacted them immediately the next day morning. The response was very good and i drove my car to the service center quickly. Technician shivakumar addressed the case. He was very polite and caring towards customer. They repaired and reconnected the wires in approx 2 hours, checked for all errors and resolved the issue. The technicians were found knowledgeable. They also offer services like ceramic coating, polishing, bodyshop repair and all kind of auto repairs. For ceramic he quoted approx 65k for ford endeavour. Overall a great experience. They also have dedicated customer seating area. Good that we have such service centers near by sarjapur for quick fix of our cars.

Unprofessional Doesn't value customer's time Disrespectful staff Had to get the oil leakage from the engine fixed. On diagnosis I was told that oil gasket needs to be changed for which they took more than 2 weeks with constant reminders from my end. Delivered the car after 4-5 days delay,was asked to pay extra 1000 just because their mechanic did one hour overtime.Though it was there incompetence I still had to pay 500 extra for the overtime. After so much of struggle,got the car back and still engine is leaking oil. I took the car back to them,and the manager told me the site of leakage maybe different than expected. Was asked to get the engine diesel washed from some other service center as they aren't authorised to do the same,only after that they will check for the leakage. Took the car to the authorised service center the next day and got the oil leakage fixed in no time.

over the years i have tried to standardize the shops/service centres for myself and refer the same to people around me. For car i follow TBhp- which shops are good, which to avoid and then make visit to affirm. 1)For servicing I had sticked with Bosch Company owned centre in ECE for many years. Of recently car was in bad shape and needed serious fix, father said he'll get it done from nearby bosch franchise. I had read poor reviews of franchised bosch centre of north/west bangalore(dont want to name it) and told to go with EC one. still he gave the sarjapur one a try. on the first visit he came back with car, only a small amount of money was charged but the car was roadworthy. he was very happy and praised a lot about politness attitude of the owner and engineer. .... more. to be added .. edited** the ac vent acted out, reported and immediately got full refund. kudos

I was looking for some fine paint shop and a detailer near my place for two works-1. Rear bumper on right side needed little painting to remove 2-3 deep scratch. 2. Front left bumper polish below headlight to remove light scratches. Having an eye for detail I was worried about the finishing which would come after the work . So was confused where to Approach. And then i walked over to Bosch for an enquiry. I was somewhat convinced to handover my car to Suprith and team for the work. And now i can say after seeing the work - it was worth it. Both the jobs done flawlessly .. proper masking were done, no paint overspray anywhere.. hopefully paint longs last over years. For now - Fully satisfied and recommend without doubts. This is going to be my one stop for vehicle detailings and washings !! THANKS AND KEEP UP THE QUALITY WORK !!!

I gave my Renault Kwid for service here. The vehicle was not used for 1.5 years and had some major issues. I went and had a discussion with Mr. Shiva and he was kind enough to listen patiently and understand the problem. Since the vehicle was not starting as the battery was dead, Mr. Shiva arranged for the vehicle to be towed to the garage. Post inspection, they repaired the issues identified . Spare part used were genuine Bosch products (battery, windshield wiper, brake shoe etc). They also deep cleaned the vehicle (the interior was filled with fungus and mold) and polished it. Within 5 days, my car was factory new. Thanks to Mr. Shiva and his team. Also sidenote, seeing their detailing work, I also got my black Hyundai Verna washed and polished over there.

I could see really good reviews here. Even I had expected similar experience, and given my vehicle for Polishing and interior cleaning, unfortunately it wasn’t!! The vehicle was not delivered on promised time, I would have been happy if someone had called me and updated about the delay. I had to call multiple times and wait for long time to get the vehicle. Noticed a scratch on the Bumper during the delivery, which I never noticed earlier or during the initial inspection along with the Service advisor. As per them they have clicked a photo before starting the work, however not communicated to me. Interior cleaning is not up to the mark, I can still see dirt behind the front seats. Last weekend while driving on a busy road my Sunny was suddenly hit by a stray cow who broke the headlight, damaged the wing and the bumper too. The only savior I could think to repair my damaged car was Suprith, Auto Clinic. I went, showed and expressed my concern to bring it back to original state. First time tried Bosch since all maintenance was done at FORD showrooms only. Kudos to the expert mechanics and a Big Thanks to Altaf Bhai ; one of the Owner ; was constantly checking the work being done. Biggest Plus point was that they were working on Sunday. Had given the car for general service , oil change and general check ups. on 26th morning. Was amazed to see the car at evening , shining like brand new excellent detailing work done. Initially given quote was higher when the actual bill came were there were few additions like Wiper blade change , A/C Filter change etc. I was getting calls to confirm any change of parts. My car is FORD ECOSPORT TDCI 2018.

This review is for the most recent experience I had with Auto Clinic, though I have been a loyal customer for as long as they opened. More than anything else, what keeps me with them is the levels of sincerity that every single employee demonstrates - from the owner to the Service Advisor to the technicians and all the way to the back-office staff. None of them seem to have the commercial interest in mind. It is such a refreshing change to what we see otherwise. As for the latest experience, the car came out shining and new. Today I had been to Bosch Car Service to inspect ABS Warning on my Volkswagen Ameo, Experience was pleasant , They connected the VCDS and checked the sensor error code. They cleaned the sensor and tested again. Sensor was found faulty. I requested them to replace the faulty sensor. They just did it quickly. Positives:- Transparency with customers, Way of troubleshooting and inspection, Double checking even a single bolt was tighten. I am a happy customer and I do suggest this service center for others. Special thanks to the entire team. Total process took only less than 1hr was a great thing.

I turned to Simply Serviced after poor service from the Franchise dealer. The recommendation from a friend turned out to be invaluable: the Team at Simply Serviced are friendly, straightforward and professional. although it is something of a novelty these days, the customer service is also first class. Notably, unlike many such establishments which can become complacent, the service has not diminished in the least over the three years I have been using them. Oh, and I haven't mentioned the significant savings I have made in service costs and general maintenance. Well done chaps!

I gave my safari storme for detailing in Bosch Sarjapura and the y suggested to do nano coating after checking the condition of the paint quality. The vehicle is 5 years old. The outcome of detailing work was unbelievable and they literally transformed safari to a brand new vehicle. How it was 5 years ago. They have a good paint shop in the facility with knowledgeable and well mannered staff who are very enthusiastic. And their charges are pretty decent. Thank you Bosch Sarjapura for doing a great job and offering delightful customer experience.

Went there to do a general servicing of my I10 through a friend referral. They did a good job in work estimation and updating the status of work in regular intervals. But I haven't seen much improvement in vehicle performance even after spending 15k for servicing which include clutch plate replacement and fixing some engine oil leackages. Felt like I have lost the smoothness of vehicle after servicing. Prefer to go with showroom servicing next time even though they might charge me almost 30k for the kind of repairs i have done in here.

I am new to this place and was skeptical about taking my car anywhere nearby forget Auto Clinic. However since I needed to get work done I finally decided to go in. Must say I was in for a surprise. I had a 5 cm long tear plus scratches on front bumper corner which needed to be cleared. Along with this I also opted for a basic detailing service using Menzerna compounds . Must say I am really happy with the outcome. My 1 year old car is back to how it looked like on day 1. Great find, I say. would definitely go there again.

Went for Periodic Service for my Hyundai i20. I was looking for Bosch service centre nearby my location and got one. To my surprise the service done was good and very reasonable pricing. Same Periodic Service at Hyundai charges a bomb. Also I have availed additional Interior cleaning services of Rs.3000 and it was done really good. Very satisfied. I have a 3 years old kid so the seats were dirty to my surprise the seat got cleaned and almost looked like new. Thanks for the good service.

I usually get my car service from Maruti Suzuki service. This is the first time I left my car in Bosch service centre , One of the best service centre in Sarjapur , Shiva was very patient to listen to all my issues and he kept his words . He advice what can be done and tell correct solution for the issue they are better then Maruti Suzuki service. with the reasonable price, not over price like Maruti Suzuki Service. I appreciate the quality of work they give, I am totally satisfied .

Excellent service quality! Their work is better than authorised service stations. Experienced personnel take great care of your vehicle. Supreet and Anbu are great service advisors. The Manager Neethu deserves a special mention. She follows up and keeps the customer updated. Hi had approached them as I scratched my door on my parking piller. Though I was initially slightly upset on half a day delay on delivery, I was quite impressed with the quality of work. The door now looked spotless and as good as new. What impressed me more was, though it was a door dent work, they have cleaned my car both inside and out and also delivered to me at my location. I fell for the brand BOSH. I burnt my hands twice by giving my cars for service here. Not a professional service center. Last time when I had given for water wash, they damaged the right side AC vent. This time when I gave for full servicing, they broke the center AC vent. My AC is not working after the service, only hot air is blowing. I will not even give it a 1 star, but had to click on it as there was no other option.

Went for car washing and inner car cleaning. I went because my friemd suggested me. But I was deceived as I spent 2000 rupees to clean the. Not only the car handed over to me was dirty but they rubbed the exterior and put scratches. When complained I was told that this was there already and I did not see it. Pathetic experience. They are pitch ready to do hight premium services and cannot simply wash my vehicle...

Terrible terrible service. Arrogant ignorant staff. They can’t fix any type of issue be it mechanical or even simple electrical. All my last 3 visits have been useless thousands of rupees down the drain. Never visiting again. Forget about they fixing old issues, Every time have I returned with a new issue in my car which never existed before dropping my vehicle to this garage. Please don’t visit this place.

My car had jerking issue and there was a check engine light, they took the car for scanning and the system showed them the fault. The whole process was so transparent and I was told to collect the car within a day as they had to arrange the faulty part. Overall a satisfactory experience and there is reception/waiting lounge for customers, Monday is off I guess so call beforehand. Highly recommended place.

I got my tata Tiago serviced here. Service is good. Car was properly cleaned. They also fixed my shoddy dash cam cable installation. But there is no wheel alignment/ wheel balancing. For the same price which they charged, tata authorised service center covers them as well. Now I will have to shell extra to get those done outside.

I experienced the centre for first time recently and had a very pleasant experience. I am quite satisfied post servicing of my maruti Ciaz vehicle. If you care about your car, do not repair or service in this Bosch service center. Technicians and mechanics will not handle it with care. They have damaged my car FL wheel bolts and charged me for their mistake. Floor managers will bluff a lot instead of saying, we were not able to diagnose the issue.

Disappointed with the Brand name Bosch. No work order details taken, missed to complete the work what was promised, Delivered without cleaning and some dirty cloths were stuck inside the engine hood. Manager Jerin may be talking nicely, but same not reflecting in execution and delivery.
