What great customer service! I was looking for a specific paint that has been discontinued by Builders Warehouse. Even though Buco doesn’t stock it either, 3 guys including the manager was on the phone calling all different stores looking for a place that still stocks the paint I need. They were so willing to help despite knowing they weren’t going to get the sale! Thanks guys!

I've just had such great service from the Staff here at Buco, I made some enquiries at both the Paint section and the Contractors counter. They have a great selection on materials & paint and their prices are significantly cheaper than Builders. This was a pleasant experience and I will definitely be back. Thank you BUCO!!

Got in and none of the staff members assisted us. We had to walk around the whole store looking for whatever wanted and no one cared to assist. Had to go to the lady by the cash desk who just casually pointed at the direction that we were meant to check. Bad service.

Outstanding service from staff,especially Shiraaz at the Paint dept he has assisted us with all the relevant advice and the friendly guys in the yard.Always very helpful and willing to go the extra mile.def recommend this branch and they deserve a five star rating.

Anthony was very helpful even though the shop had a few staff.Attending to Client's and making them understand that soonest he is done with the current client, he will assist most soonest done.Also very knowledgeable.Well done.

Friendly, accommodating Staff. On a Saturday, I arrived 5 minutes before closing time to purchase two sheets of shutterply. The staff assisted me with a smile and I was out of there with 2 minutes to spare. Great job.

when it comes time to pay, service is pathetic. Cashiers talk in deep conversation to the receipt stamper and security guard and ignore everything you say. Its very slow and pathetic. This better change, as its bad.

I called to ask a question regarding their roofing supplies and got put on hold for half an hour and when I tried to call again regarding the same questions they put me on hold again for half an hour. Thanks buco

Absolute WORST place to attempt to buy anything ,staff has attitudes when you ask for assistance would rather speak to each other about soccer than assist clients poor client service

Service is amazing. I would rather go to this chain instead of the bigger newly renovated chaotic chain I have experienced lately...BUCO has the best service I have seen in years.

I went to buy items that I'm not familiar with. The people at the counter could assist me, due to them being very knowledgeable. Got everything I needed, was delivered as well.

I have just moved into the area and have needed some hardware and Buco is a block from my house so is very convenient, they have a good selection of goods to choose from.

They were not welcoming at all. The place was disorganized and they had had water damage and the paint area was almost unavailable. The paint samples were old looking.

Store seemed to have a wide variety of products, not the cheapest hardware store around but prices are not bad at all for odds and ends, overall good experience.

Did not have the item which they always have stock of , was told no stock available. Not offering to place a order or a call back or when they expecting stock.

Shop is quite nice - pricing is good. But EVERY time I go it takes forever to pay. And there’s always only 1 person at the cashier. Really bad.

Bought something and returned it less than half an hour later. They didn't have cash and told me I have to wait 3 days to get my money back.

Can someone answer the phone please. and if you are closed today, make sure it gets updated on google so people dont waste their time.

Well stocked store, prices are competitive. Ideal for the DIY man I like the new display of power tools they are currently marketing.

Staff in the back for collection were very helpful and helped me reverse out after collection in between poles machinery etc.
