I went to Buco,paid for my wares,and said that I give them an hour to prapare. I went away to do something else off the premises. When I came back, my goods were not ready,they forgot. It took another 30 minutes of waiting.The people in the yard were also on break.Absolutely pathetic.The service was good though.

Their customer service depends on what race or tribe you are, if you not their favorite color they won't help you with immediate effect they chat with their co‐workers as much as they want to it's two ladies in front i I think one it's the cashier the other one is by the customer returns …

Easy to find, knowledgeable from the front door which helped find what I was looking for in a matter of seconds and I was out of the store within 3 mins. Till area to pay is a bit congested with stock under the counter, required me to stretch out handing goods to cashier and to make payment.

The team are good and they have a wide variety of hardware and materials available. The Timbercity under one roof on site is a bonus and getting boards cut and edged while sourcing paints etc make any renovation or project a pleasure.

Very unhelpful. High prices and limited selection. Go to Builders Warehouse or Brights down the road. Timber City (linked to Buco) can't even cut holes for a door. So much for any of your wood cutting needs. Honestly useless.

Two people showed me the price for the security gate R1350 but when it cape to printing the invoice it showed R1500. Assistence was good but bad system. Paid R1200 at Builder's

Worst service at this BUCO, even customers complain while waiting by till Employees are lazy and unhelpful, ask for assistance and they just point... saying go check there.

Loved The staff help bought three doors ,kitchen sinck ,plumbing connections and they even cut cupboard boards I was impressed to get all I needed under one roof.

arrived on November 19 at 14:00. The staff said the store was closed. According to Google, the store should be open until 15:00. wasted my time.
