This store presents itself as a big box store and they have different branded, regular items... But. This particular store is just a bit sad and needs a whole lot of love. Quite a few of the products have been on the shelves for MANY MANY MANY months to the point of having dust and some rust on them, which is concerning that the store owners do not care for something as simple as dusting. The lighting needs upgrading and the old school trade order and pay points (which is a ocnsept that I love) need a renovation. The staff, each time I am in store are friendly and as helpful as their product stock allows. Their timber prices are the highest in the area. Couple this the store's left in the old interior, it's hard to justify this as your first stop in the area.

Terrible service. Couldn't deliver on simple cutting services. Calls never returned, measurements lost, was told I'd taken delivery of items I hadn't picked up... eventually went in for a refund and not one manager in sight, nor has the overall store manager contacted me (as both the Saturday manager and assistants on the floor when I went in to do the refund promised would happen). Went to another DIY store and total cost of all the wood I needed was about half the cost Buco was happy to charge for appalling service and no delivery.

In all the the hardware stores I've been before... Never have I met n sales guy who went over and above his duties to satisfy a simple guy like me with my hardware needs... He drove to his supplier and called me daily with feedback.Carried all my stress on his shoulders.... Buco Store earned their 5star ratings but Mr.Quintin Stoltz earned my respect...He just not treated me as a customer but as a human being....And that's what's missing in this country....Thank very much Sir ..

Treated me as if I am a dishonest person, changing opinion on return terms and unwilling to reason. My return was still sealed and a product they have on the floor, so they would have lost nothing by accepting a return. I did not ask for a refund, but had a list in my hand to buy products at them twice as much the value of the return. I left the item there, out of sight, out of mind !! Will not go back..

I had great service from the Timbaland staff at Buco Brackenfell. I did not order the wood that I needed beforehand as I was unaware that you had to order a day before, but they assisted me in anyway even though it was after 3 in the afternoon as I didn't have time to come back the next day. They were super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!

I frequent a number of top brand hardware stores, and this store may not be the biggest, or have the widest range, but it offers the best service.... by a mile!! The staff are visible, plentiful, available, and experienced. Just wish the store was bigger to eliminate any need to go elsewhere.

They were open even before 8am on a Saturday morning. Warmly greeted on this chilly day and superb service. They helped wherever they could and assisted to take it all to the car. Even the pre-order was nobproblem - all well organized and sorted immediately!

This store was the only one of it's kind that stocked everything I needed. The salesman was very knowledgeable and made sure I bought the right equipment. Would just be nice if I didnt have to queue so long. Other than that great service and quality products

Definitely a win for me. I found the sales staff (Bradly) friendly and effective. Always willing to help with knowledge and know how and a recommendation if they didn't stock the product themselves. I will keep Buco on my list of hardware shops.

if you order online and need to call to query your, order, ask to speak to Dion, he's the man. The email address on your order confirmation doesn't work, the receptionist is rude and unhelpful and even tried to tell me the order number I

This is the 2nd time the sales department don't communicate with dispatch and only part of the order is loaded. We spend massive amounts of money but this lack of service is appalling. Would definitely not recommend Buco Brackenfell

This is a really well stocked wood shop. Impressed by the staff and quality of products. I can give them my cutting list and be assured the next day I'll have all my cupboard pieces exact to my measurements and ready to assemble.

If you want stress then go to them. One star is way too much. If I could give a minus then I would. Bunch of liars and they don't communicate but fast to push for sales. STAY AWAY!!! For your own sanity. You've been warned.

I dealt with Damian and Liza at the store. The guys went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied with the items I purchased . After sales was amazing. Well done to you guys and I will definitely recommend your store.

They stock a good range of hardware items. They also have a board cutting service and supply all the necessary accessories needed for DIY kitchen cupboards. Ready made cupboards also available for self assembly.

Walked in looking for a rivit gun only to find no price tags. Walked up to guy wearing a bucu shirt and to ask assistance. He just ignored me and walked away. Rather poor customer service

Poor service at paint section today. Doesn't look like these guys want business from public. Took too long to acknowledge my query a only turn me away coz u dont stock paving paint.

I went to get a price for OSB board. They did not have any stock, then the guy took my number and said he will get the price and phone me back. He never phoned.

We had good service with the majority of the store, the cashier ruined the whole experience. Will rather go to Build It up the road next time.

Staff were unhelpful. After sales service is nonexistent and boards were delivered uncut and they didn't bother to collect it to correct.
