Unlike other stores where you stand around waiting forever, there were staff in all departments, didn't need to wait and all were really helpful. Selection of all the things you might need for most home based jobs and decent range of inventory for business requirements too.

They have a wide variety of building materials, paint is a bit expensive there, not all the staff, but they need to jack up there service there, especially at the pay points, staff there don"t even greet you, chatting between them selves, not paying attention to customers.

The manager, Rashied Hoosain repeatedly assured me the door I wanted was for outdoors. When it swelled up and started falling apart, the manufacturer came to inspect and said its NOT for outdoors. Now the manager is ignoring my emails to request a refund

Very poor service. I'm sure going into the store is fine if you can find what you're looking for but do not order anything from them. I waited months for my order that never came & I had to cancel it, which took another week for a refund.

Service in the paint department was non existent. Waited a total of 10 mins, before I got told to go look for a colour. It took more less than 10 seconds to choose a colour. Came back, had to wait again..eventually left the store went to

1st things 1st, love that they have a ramp for wheelchair users. Clean, neat. When asked for help someone comes with a smile and assist with whatever u need. Only thing that wasn't to inviting when entering was that the cashiers infront

Make sure of your purchase before you buy anything and need to return it. Clearly I did not read the small-print on my invoice! Apparently their returns policy includes a 10% "handling fee", and in addition, "no credits after 7 days".

We got excellent customer service. They do not offer the service of cutting the wood we were buying but the man who helped us offered to cut it anyway. They were so friendly and we got everything we needed

I had a special color paint mixed, and the staff was extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable. Well done, paint team. The cashiers are super friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend this branch.

Good service delivery, friendly and helpful staff. You will find your basic hardware requirements especially when it comes to plumbing and painting. Various array of tools and safety equipment available.

Is there an option for -☆ ? I regular hardware stores, and this is the worst hardware store I have ever been to. 3 of the many staff members I had to go to to ask for assistance, were on their phones.

The setup of this hardware is so bad and confusing! There was no staff to be found at the sales counter. When I did find staff they couldn't even help me properly. Don't waste your time going here!

Did not have stock of the paint i needed. Walked across the street and got from the competitor. Been again and was surprise at some great prices. Sometimes it is a good experience and sometimes not

Good assortment of building & DIY items & stock. Staff could do with an attitude adjust though. Some think they are doing you a favour when they help you. Also lacking a bit in parking.

The Till point Staff can be more Friendly as they are the face. Internal floor Staff however was very helpful. Definitely needs more lighting
