One of the worst representation by the Team. after sale they are not bothered to even respond to the calls. Request all the people who faced problem to raise the concern at PMO office by downloading Modiapp and write to IRDA about the problem. There is no accountability , do not entertain any representative from Bajaj insurance, Bajaj finance and do not have any transaction as company is not responding for customer calls. I felt they are bothered only on Sale and not on Service part which is more critical in Insurance sector

My experience for renewal of medical is v poor Iam trying to reach the Koramangla branch manager but he doesn’t respond but their HO calls me every day asking me to review don’t understand how they are operating with such poor customer service, the insurance policy is good but v bad service

This office has been shifted from Koramangala and their website is misguiding the people. Chat and Call support is so bad. No one will response properly and resolve the issue. I suggest people to buy or renew your policy from different service provider.

I went from so far to this office and it was closed. On Google it was showing as open. But after reaching there I found that it is closed on 2nd and 3rd Saturday. At least this information should be updated online to avoid inconvenience to customers.

Been following up with them on a simple insurance transfer, got all my documents in order like they requested and been following up with them for weeks and all they have to say is someone from our team will get back to you! Pathetic service

Looks like Koramangala office been shutdown for years.. I went there after 2.30 hours of travel and return empty handed. :( .. Looks like Bajaj Allianz doesnt bother about that.. :(
