Avoid at all costs. 'Manager' ripped me off and when respectfully told of problem was nothing but argumentative and condescending. Not suprised now that I have read other reviews about her. Didn't get my money back and now the Owner won't even return my calls, despite centre management trying to help. Most unprofessional business I have ever come across. Disgusting.

I think these are the BEST bahn mi's I've had, personally. Rolls are big and crunchy. Vegetables are fresh and they fill up the rolls until it's full. The mayonnaise is fresh and so delicious, as is the soy sauce. I can't account for the chicken or pork rolls because I get all salad, but their salad Vietnamese rolls are amazing.

Avoid! Bought a lamington from here that had a very long black hair in it. On another occasion pointed out to staff that the scones in the window had very visible mold on them, they didn't care just went 'oh ok' then went back to what they were doing.

They Show a picture of Crackling pork roll, but they say they don't sell it. Even though I asked for it last time they said they did. Its a very misleading shop. Their phone numbers don't even work. The service there is not great either as they don't really listen on what you want.

This place is an absolute dream for baked goods and an awesome bahn mi. Couldn’t recommend them more. It’s my guilty pleasure lunch spot. Always a line, but they’re fast, efficient and friendly.

Bought 2 bags of crossitnants this morning and when getting home for Breakfast with the kids they tasted wrong and sour. Tried calling and phone number not contacted. Becareful.

I bought a custard tart, potato pie and a ham and cheese pie. The ham and cheese pie 6/10 Potato pie 2/10 the potato topping was dry and powdery Custard tart 5/10

Deceiving staff. Said the cake was between $22-$25 dollars but when we said we would buy, they reveal its $32. Then they give me the wrong cake that’s cheaper.

Great pies, bread as fresh as a Daisy. Fantastic service by a young bloke, so polite. Vanilla Slice was so fresh and yummy.

Salad rolls are pretty nice, but the service is appalling and I bought banana bread today that was mouldy.

Everything I’ve had from here is tasty and great customer service cheese and bacon rolls are the bomb.
