Really nice motel. Although the furnishings in the room are a little bit out-dated (can't think of a better word), they are in good condition. Everything is squeaky clean and smells fresh. After ringing other motels and dealing with some people who were a bit rude, I rang this motel and spoke to Frank who was very accommodating. He also gave us a great deal. I'm normally a person who likes everything in my life to be quite modern, contemporary and sleek, but when I walked into my room it felt like I stepped back in time, and was pleasantly surprised by how nice and homely it felt. I have a three month old infant, and was given a cot, that was set up and prepared by a lady called Sasha. Really sweet, quite chatty and helpful. The motel is literally across the road from the most beautiful restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and shops. If you'd love a dinner to die for, I'd recommend Otzi. So good! We actually stayed here to visit the Peninsula Hot Springs. I can't believe how polite everyone is around this side of Victoria. The service we received everywhere was excellent.

After looking for almost a week on internet we found this motel available during the Easter break. The photos seemed okay online but the motel was too old. The whole infrastructure inside the motel is clearly many years old. They placed a bed inside the main room where the TV is there and there is another room with 2 single beds and the kitchen is combined with the main room. So basically it looked like a 1 bhk house . They charged about $500 for one night ( ofcourse it was during the Easter breaks and the prices of motels hiked up., can’t blame them much). We’ve gotta clean all the utensils we use and on top of that none of the utensils were clean to use. Urghhh, it was such a waste of money. We thought of extending one more day but then we decided spending $500 on this place for one more extra night is just waste of money.

Arrived today for a 2 night stay and allready impressed. Rooms are clean and smell nice. Water pressure in the shower is awesome, nice and hot. Microwave in the room is awesome...Owner was friendly when I called the motel prior to arrival for a few questions and equally as friendly on arrival and helpful with directions from the airport. Beds are comfortable and wifi is fast. Am so happy with my room. Can't say enough.

If you are after budget accommodation you might want to consider pricing charged which in my view could be revised for a place that really need a make over, curtains that don’t close properly and paper thin walls that feels like the neighbour is actually in your bathroom. Lovely owners and clean place but please bring to the 21 century or charge accordingly. And why would I pay an extra $50 for a bath, or the cleaning of it, this is not service but disservice!!!

A brilliant motel. Super clean. Super quiet. Decent size rooms, easy parking. Great mattress...so comfirtable. Split system heating and cooling. Great hot water system for the shower. Easy access and wheelchair friendly. Great service and easy to book. Just ring them. Six out of five stars. By the way, fish and chips is just over the road.

Very well kept rooms. The shower was amazing as well. I love that it was a "homey" feel and not like the modern concrete hotels of today. Check in checkout were ridiculously easy. I would definitely stay there again. It's directly across the road from the local shops which has a huge variety. Customer service was spot on too.

It's well worth for the money. Rooms were clean. We had celf checkin. So no waiting. The place is around 50 m to the local shopping center so getting food and goods were not a problem. Those shops around it, food s are well worth for the money as well.

The shittiest hotel on earth run by angry arrogant hicks. Run down and lots of unprofessional juvenile signs around the room warning of rediculous charges if you dare use the bath due to cleaning and water cost i mean how dare one pay for a room and then have the audacity to even think about having a wash this place would be of more use if bulldozed and turned into a carpark

Due to extensive travel had to self issolate awaiting c19 test results confirmed, obviously no problem. This motel was basic, had everything, affordable, near shops and what a wonderful part of the world. I might come back with the family for a lovely getaway in summer.

An older style motel with a spacious bed-sitting room and a well equiped kitchenette. A large bathroom with plenty of room to move in the shower. The room was clean and comfortable though dated. Value for money.

Look - the place hasn’t been updated since before the Berlin Wall came down - but the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and there’s fresh milk in the fridge. The air con also works a treat.

Good sized rooms with all the mod cons. Fridge, microwave, tv with vhs and dvd player, ironing board etc. Comfortable with plenty of room.

so so, its old & tired, theres no pool, its got a captive clientelle @ $160pn unless you turn on the old bathtub then its $50 EXTRA.

I slept like a baby here as I was SO tired and I love the area of Balnarring.It was a bit pricey for me but I deserved it!
