I am a frequent visitor of Marshalls as my car sitting alone like a heart broken lover on a street crossing since November ( needs rack and pinion) I take the advantage of City buses when got bored specially the days I m off from my dialysis schedule .My favorite spot 48 st and Northern Blvd with $ 1:50 and a free transfer I can get to Old Navy , Marshalls Stop e shop BJs and even Burlington Coat factory ..last few weeks I did notice that Marshalls is too crowded but the items or say merchandise we used to find are now a either not available or the quality of available product is down .Still for frequent visitors there are chances if at right time they can find some good deals ..let's come to that particular day .I had to pick my rocket blender 8 piece from Best buy which I did find on deal of the day for just $ 9:99 .( What a deal it was when at home the box was opened two cups and two blades for grinding and blending superb performance for smoothies and coffee and Indian whole spice grinding) .next stop old navy .. Right inside at the front door two huge boxes luring customers with $ 1 sign .. the 5 piece Mask set which originally sold for $ 12:50 was now for a dollar yes yes just for $1 ..grab 10 packs all in different beautiful patterns ( for my nursing staff ) .at register the total was 12:50 × 10 = $125 but after discount it was $ 10 and as there was a $5 previous credit it cost $ 5: 50 ..Next stop My favorite Marshalls .as usual was so crowded that no shopping cart was available and few customers were already waiting for .start my journey from different narrow cannal like rows clothes hanging both banks .find nothing superb ( since corona era started the manufacturers have lowered the quality of products specially clothing ) .after spending 20 minutes and a full round up . follow the brain navigation and stoped at Stop and Shop . this place always have some great deals .today 4 coke 12 cane box for $11 and 4 minutes Maid punch for $5 was super deals but as I take bus going back home I could not upload that deal in my shoulder bag and just got apple cider and salad kind of things .paid check the load and walk towards bus stop at Northern .sit at the bench and wait for the bus ( the problem with this Q66 bus is either you are traveling east bound ( flushing) or west ( Queen plaza) you got to wait some times very long . either 3 buses comes together or no one shows up for 30 minutes ) .sit for about. 15 minutes suddenly a friend call ( who is among thousands of those enjoying free unemployment money and don't want to work ) he said he wants few T shirts and sport trousers as he got too much wait and want to join Jim and impress some sexy ladies with his choice of clothing .I told him right now Marshalls have nothing to offer him any stylish stuff to fill full his unemployed driven desire .but if he picks me up from this bus Stop we can go Stienway street and try at Gap , Banana Republic and Express . He agreed and I saved $ 1:50 for the bus fare when I sit in his Corolla front

DISGUSTED with their employee, JULIE’s behavior towards another customer. While i was waiting on line, i witnessed Julie being extremely condescending and RUDE towards an elderly lady whom didn’t know english. Her behavior displayed racist & ageist behavior which was disappointing as she is Asian herself. She practically yelled at the customer while the store manager stood there without reprimanding her. When it was my turn, Julie deliberately walked away to speak negatively about the elderly woman to the manager(who was standing next to her) Appalled at her working in customer service while not having patience with those who don’t speak English fluently.

Hello, so I was just there not too long ago. I’m 8 months pregnant and had a 2 year old with me. I desperately needed to use the restroom so I can continue shopping. I asked nicely if I could use the restroom and the lady says “No, no restroom for customers” she didnt even turn too look @ me and notice that I’m pregnant and was literally about to explode. NEVER SHOPPING IN THAT SH*TTY STORE AGAIN! Because i’ve shopped there before and have used the restroom before with no issue. Guess the new manager there is entitled and sees no reason to allow a pregnant woman to use the restroom. Karma is a b___ tho! Never shopping here again!

Great deals, clean, friendly staff, and it is rare to be able to make a quick stop in a store like this. Usually I have to dig through a lot of stuff to find that one amazing bargain. Not true here. I can get in and find what I want quickly and go about my day. It deserves more than 5 stars.

My wife shops here and I have to say that the sales and items she has bought are very good. Sales are good but as any consumer you need to know what you are looking for and how much you are willing to spend even with the perks alotted with BR.

I live in the area, had no idea the store was there until I drove past. I was really happy with the prices and style of clothing the store had. I also love the fact I get emails now with discounts.

Very patient at the Register counter. Even after a very long day at the counter, the CSR managed to complete my new customer CC application and apply the Addtn'l discount to already n-Ice $$$.

Security is crazy at this place. Most of the time there's no security even there. But if you happen to be there when they are and you're white you better just turn around and leave.

Staff was great, and Manager was super helpful. Returned 2 pairs of shoes with no issues, even after wearing them. I was not happy with the Jeremy Shoes. Poor quality leather.

Small store. Fabrics seem flimsy, quality seems noticably different from regular BR stores which are getting harder to find in the city.

The men’s section is in the basement and the collection is pretty underwhelming. Yet they still had a line to the fitting room.
