I went here for the first time in a while, and I had already purchased my clothes, so I only needed pick up from the store. I see the email that one of my items were cancelled but not one that the remaining ones were ready for pick up. I called to make sure they were. I was passed around multiple employees and placed on hold for a long time. Based on the already unwarranted rude and seemingly incompetent behavior, I was worried how the in-store experience was going to be. Four employees, all struggling to listen or even read my ID correctly. I thought this would be a simple and seamless transaction, but it turned out to be strenuous due to the energy and actions of the staff. Next time I will just up for getting the items delivered. Seems the most efficient and stress free option. The clothes were perfect. Everything fit, and I was really pleased with my purchase. Otherwise great clothes, energy and customer service could definitely use some work.

I went into this location today because someone told me there was a vintage backstreet boys tshirt on clearance and this location had a rack of them. I asked the male that was working in the men’s clearance section and he responded very rudely saying “i don’t know” as if that wasn’t his job. Then I go upstairs to ask a different employee a separate question. I say excuse me and then i accidentally dropped my airpod and by the time i stood up she was gone. I finally found her and then she told me that i needed to ask the people at the front. I don’t know if it’s because i’m not rail thin like their ideal customer. But this staff is horribly rude and unwelcoming. Maybe they should find new jobs if they hate their lives there so much.

I used to work across the street from this location and I would go ever so often to browse. I stopped by recently to get some beauty supplies before heading home. The store is spacious and right near the train station. The store has clothing for men/women, beauty care, home goods, and other knick knacks (including snacks!) I like going to the store as they have unique and fun items. I tend to stop by for the beauty items as they used to have stuff not readily available in other stores. The lines can get long because they usually only have two cashiers on staff. I almost never see anyone on the floor but I usually don't need help. If you are looking for fun and kitschy items, then this is a good place to stop by!

I encountered an incredibly rude sales associate. All I did was politely ask if they could take a tag off a hat I just purchased because I wanted to wear it. First I asked if they had scissors and she responded “no” with the most unfriendly look on her face. First off, you expect me to believe the store doesn’t have a single pair of scissors. I’m not an idiot. So then I asked if they could do it for me and with the same unfriendly look said “no” with zero explanation. Why do stores employ miserable individuals like this who make the customer experience so horrible?

I love this urban outfitters store. You can always find sales happening. The store is nice, clean, and organized. On the higher level are the home department and lower men. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about size and inventory. The book section is so cute; many unique finds in this entire store. I love the retro look and the vinyl records / music area; you can find many new artists and some old bands. It's like a time travel to the 1970s. Paying was quick, and customer service was a pleasant experience when having to return a T-shirt.

I'm pretty biased to this place because they sell very good vinyls and the music choice is amazing compared to other retailers. I remember walking in and being greeted by Tyler The Creator's Boredom and singing along while I shopped! This Urban is probably one of the better ones when it comes to variety for both men and women, sure it's pricey however the selection is definitely worth it in my opinion! I see myself coming here every week or two to see styles change. The staff is always on point too I always see them hard at work!

This review is for the Hair Salon only ... Came into this awesome store and while my wife was shopping thought I might as well get my hair and beard trimmed. Went in and saw a few hair dressers just sitting and playing on their phones. Asked about getting my hair done and the lady just rolled her eyes at me and said ... “we don’t do that here and don’t use shavers”. As I walked out, saw a guy at the far end of the salon getting his beard shaved. Taking my business elsewhere

Rude! I hate it when you're at the counter and the employees have a conversation as if you aren't there. We went to the self-checkout and items were ringing up as $0.10. So we told them, and a skinny girl with braces and black hair was pretty rude about it and charged us way more money than what we thought it should be, then she went back to the other employee so she could finish her conversation. Sorry for interruptiing! I will not be returning.

I'm going to have to downgrade this place due to the lack of customer service. For some reason everytime I shop in this place, I always be followed by loss prevention personals. And this past Saturday, I asked one of the store associates about a bag at the self check out, she was very rude. Like all that attitude for a lousy bag. This happened around 1:30pm. Like wow. And this store lacks inventory. This store lacks customer service skills.

In order for me to decide what to get buy from UO, it took me a long time so I had to visit it twice. The second time around I got one pair of pants @29 plus as part of their 70 per cent sale. It is a store for the youth so the rating is not objective being a senior citizen. In the 2 occasions I was there I was the elderly among the customers. Still, it is good to have a store for the young and vibrant.

The store had really good prices for items on sale. But there would be a lot of clothing laying around on the floor (apparently because people had dropped them and didn't care to pick them up). The building also has a poke bar inside which makes the whole place unpleaseantly smell like really spicy food. Wait time at the queue was a bit long for the amount of people actually shopping.

I required assistance in the sales section at this location at 12:15pm. The girl organizing clothes in the sales section was rude and prideful as if she could not spare me her time- she does not care about customer service. Of course many employees here are nice and I am not speaking for UO’s customer service as a whole but this experience was definitely unpleasant.

Pretty clothes, price is a lil on the expensive side compared to the quality of materials that are used. I would go shop here 2years ago. Some of employees here are very very nice and kind to help, some are not so friendly. Actually that customer service is one of the reason I stopped going this company. Wish everyone works here is as good as some super nice one.

I was trying out 7 items and I decided to take 5 of them home with me. The girl at the fitting room asked me to put back every item even if I explained that I might need her help bc I had to hold too many items I want to take home. Over the years I spent more than more than 2,000 ever year at urban outfitters and it used to my fav. This is very disappointing.

This is my first time writing a review, but I feel like I have to for this employee. Crystal was absolutely amazing. She helped me in the fitting room with a smile, told me about these gia pants that I LOVE, then convinced me to buy them in every color online. She’s amazing. I wish every employee at retail stores are as friendly/opening as she is.

If you know exactly where everything is go but if you wanna ask someone, don’t ask the short blonde tan guy that everyone is going to. he’s super rude. i’m assuming he’s the manger because i asked a girl and she asked him and he looked at me and my friend and rolled his eyes.

Big and chic and similar in ambiance to larger Urban Outfitters stores. Remarkably clean for a city store - most things are on the rack and in the right place! Wow! The staff is also friendly and laid back. Fun to wander around in if you just want a break. Small clearance area. Otherwise prices are reasonable, or a little bit high.

Huge store that takes up the whole block and has three floors! Great selection of beauty products for skin, hair, etc. Also, the store has a space for bedding and pillows upstairs that patrons casually sit on. Their shoe selection is better at this location than the others that I've visited. The space is really beautiful and open.

Rockefeller center is a large area covering several buildings. I Found a tourist map that directed me to all of the points of interest, the beautiful murals and architecture. I've also been to Top of the Rock observation deck Which has beautiful 360ﾟ views of Manhattan. Saint Patrick's Cathedral is also right across the street.

Its one of the better Urban's. Great space with a thought out floor plan makes it fun to shop and explore products. Employees are alittle hard to find when you need help but once you do, they're happy to help you. Their cafe is run really smoothly and offers some tasty food at a little bit of a high price.

I've been to a lot of there stores, but this one seems to have the friendliest staff! And a ton of variety. One thing: It can get super crowded so be aware of that, but also they have a huge lack of variety for certain sizes such as XL and L. 4/5, would return of they had more sizes available

Great Urban Outfitters location with good sale section and lots of inventory to browse. They always have the newest clothing styles, cool apartment decor, and an impressive vinyl selection. Prices on clothing here are a little high at times, but not bad compared to other stores in the city.

I am pleased with the cosmetics section. Lots of interesting new and indie brands, testers available ( keep them cleaner, please!), and even some stuff on sale. Sign up coupon of 10% when you download the app is a bonus, so plan your shopping for that special desire or sale sweep!

This is my Fav UP in the city, they have a large selection and three floors! Not to mention a cafe that serves pretty unique meals by weight. Everything is nice and tasty. So far I have found the best selections of facial products, sunglasses, clothes etc here. Great vibe too.

I love this place. The clothing is great and the addition of the music record section is awesome! Not to mention they have a ton it small items at a low cost to buy from. For example I purchased the vr headset and it was the best $30 I've spent, they work great.

Store is amazingly fun and bright colors. Staff is cool and friendly. Easy self checkout service. Very clean, neat, and organized. Felt like a kid in the record section. I recommend this store to anyone looking for down to earth clothes and chill vibes.

It's a nice sized store with 3 floors and different sections. Their clothes are nice but can be a bit pricey. The clothes that make it to their sales section are usually ok but nothing to get excited about. But all in all it's still a very good store.

JoAnna is a literal angel. She was so helpful with my purchase. She ran all over the store to make sure it was the best in stock and even got cleaner to dust the top of the item. I love this store and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful!! <3

A place for those who like odd-but-cool clothing. Sale discount section is pretty decent that can offer good findings for reasonable prices. Also have a small diner area for a quick bite. Looks good but I haven't tried their food yet.

Great location and selection! Staff were all super nice & helpful and Morgan (the manager) is awesome! He helped recover an item that my son lost while in the store and offered to ship it to us (we were visiting from another state).

Walking in this store and seeing awful, unsightly employees like Chris is giving me the Vancome lady vibes, Tcha you know what? huh uh. UO you keep dropping the ball. Customers like myself can’t pick up for your slack. Never again.

They had 2 items I wanted and the line took so long I had to leave and not buy anything. There were people at register and 1 person in front of me but I waited well over 20 mins before I had to leave. I had a train to catch.

I think it's overpriced for what it is but it has great outfits and you can get a pretty good bargain from the sales section. Actually I would only recommend the sales section. It's the only one that makes sense price wise.
