Great clothes but last 2 times I’ve been there, I looked for help and people just pretend they are busy. Staff is not helpful at all. I was trying to pay for my clothes and I just stayed there, standing in the check out, with the store empty, for 5 minutes and no one showed up to help. There were 3 people helping another guy that looked like a rich person. I went inside with a tshirt on so I guess they think I’m a waste of their time.

Still dont get the "no register" concept. I mean I get it but the execution is awful. Since customers are used to lining up to pay, the staff needs to be more attentive when there is a line forming to check out. The STAFF needs to engage the customer and ask if they would like to checkout. You are battling over a 100 year developed habit of waiting on line, you need to do more to break ppl of that habit

What a terrific experience to be able to shop in a warm place where the staff is so helpful and considerate. The clothes are kept tidy and on hangers. The dressing room is clean and there wasn't a long line at the register. I really like the sales and their clothes are always in style. Wonderful jewelry and accessories for woman. As far as men's ties that needs a little more variety.

Alteration service is a joke! They asked me to pay a second time to alter pants they failed to alter properly. Not to mention it took forever, and I had to call them and visit the location numerous times. Great place for bargains since the quality of materials is quite good, but that's it. Politeness level is at max, however actual service barely exists.

Only the people in the dressing room and on the registers are nice in this store. Struggling holding 5-6 items, no one offered to help me or look for other items; I was going through items looking for my size and NO ONE said , “Ma’am can I help you with a size”? Unbelievable. I only spent my money there bc of the sale today

I was helped by Trussardi at this store and it was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. I had to buy my husband a suit for a wedding at the last minute and Tru helped me get the suit, shirts, extra pants, and even gave advice on what shoes my husband should get. He deserves a raise, a bonus, everything.

Amazing customer service experience. I forgot the name of the sales representative who helped me out, but she did a fantastic job. Ordered something online and it didn't fit me. Was able to go in store and have it exchanged without paying anything extra. Highly recommended spot!

Helpful and courteous staff. The store is always clean and the shelves and racks are kept tidy, despite the high traffic at this store. The stock is reasonably good. This is the only BR store I know that always has pants in my 31x34 size.

Been there more receny than 2 years ago! Was shopping there yesterday and more often since I live around the corner from one of their stores! Good sales and merchandise in good condition and even the clearance items are labeled!

Well stocked Banana Republic with a good selection of clothing. Staff is either untrained or don’t care to help people. Had multiple staff pass me while trying to ask a question and most just stared at me while acting busy.

This is a fairly small store. Limired selection. Smallest men's pants size carried is 30 waist (Can order smaller to be shipped to customer directly). All staff polite, some staff friendly.

Quick, friendly and efficient. I only had to do an online return and I did not need to line up. I asked an associate, he immediately helped me.

Cool place to shop. Nice clothes and a friendly professional staff. They have some of the best cardigan sweaters out there. Really enjoyed it!
