Very small selection of items to pick from. Especially within the Men department, I couldn’t find my size nor find anything I’d purchase compared to other banana republic locations. Although, they do have friendly attentive staffs that will help you with any questions.

Bought heels from here that gave me blisters the first time I wore them and seemed to be stitched wrong (where the blisters were). I tried to return them and the lady said that they must be defective because those shoes are really comfy but refused to replace them.

The line store clerk had her head buried in a phone and did not see (or acknowledge) me enter or leave. Poorly trained re- customer service and because I could not find what I was looking for (or they did not have it)- I left and don’t think I’ll be back.

Went early around 10 am, and found the two employees there to be very friendly and helpful. I just needed to buy pants, and the employee showed me where they were, provided me information about the deals and fit and feel of the different styles.

Pretty standard Banana Republic. Attached garage has two hours free parking. The men's options are somewhat limited. If you want BR, especially for men's options, you will be better off visiting the Galleria location.

The sales associates here are very poorly trained. I do not recommend making a purchase or returning anything at this location because it will take over 20 minutes. They are also unhelpful if you request anything.

Ridiculous people work at this store! They spy on customers without any greetings and treat them as potential criminals. As a long-term customer, I have to say that it's a shame that Banana Republic has them!

It's a smaller store so the selection isn't as good as other locations, at least for the men's side. Staff was alright, felt the same as other BR stores otherwise (cleanliness, not overly busy, music, etc.).
