I got my pre approval, took 4 weeks instead of 2 days as promised. I purchased a property. The next thing BankFirst told me the can’t draw down the loan within a standard 60days settlement simply they don’t have capacity. I can’t believe a bank would be so pathetic and throw us under the bus like this and potentially expose customers default on their loan even we ticked all the boxes and promised by Bankfirst in the first place! I doubt this is even legal and good luck explaining to the regulators!

My experience with Bank First has been unsatisfactory. After the way they have treated my family, I do not trust them. In my view, their name says it all: Bank First (and customers last). I used to do the majority of my banking with them long ago when they were the VTU, but I’ve moved to one of the big 4 now and I find them to be so much more helpful and honest than Bank First.

When you telephone this bank it feels like calling a friend as they are happy to hear from you. Furthermore I never feel like a KPI and being rushed through a phone call. I seldom go in to the branch but when I do it feels like a small country bank (which is a good thing) again I don't feel like a number. Keep up the good work.

Bank first is always been extremely professioal concerning all their client and tell. I received a loan and it only took one day. When I had to send money overseas, the bank assisted me. As well, their various bank accounts help sigh your finances. I never regreted changing banks.

Very disappointed and unprofessional conduct. Lured into a product when a representative attended ACU. They were unable to honour the promotion through errors at their end.

Used to be a good credit union, now just a very ordinary bank. Tellers need some cust service training.
