"Yesterday my grandma and I went to the bank my grandma doesn’t have a email there was a fat girl dress in all black behind a teller we ask her if she can help us walk thru steps she said no the guy with grey shirt in glasses she said go ask yr phone company to help y bcuz we r not a phone company fat girl dress in all black said it’s easy to do email and password to her it might be easy but not to a 88 year old it’s better old school then it is now those two must be born in Vegas with bad attuides didn’t want to help a 88 year old and we told them grandma doesn’t have email I know they r not a phone company phone company wouldn’t help bcuz that’s too much information people can get it either way whether it’s on paper card no matter how all we ask to help us walk thru steps if I can talk to there super visor"

This has got to be the worst BOA ever. One week they will cash a check for you drawn on their bank and two weeks later… same name on check, they refuse to accept the id used prior. They didn’t want to because it was bear closing time and requested a ten year old document to authorize the transaction. They had to stay late while I found the document. They told me it was an one time exception. They’ve done it for several months in a row without issue. Nice that they can change their minds whenever they want without being held to any standards.
Worst bank I have ever had this displeasure of banking with. Have been on hold with automated system since 8am can not get through came in after app not working to make an appointment was told There next availabe appointment would be 1030 after I had just waited in line 20 minutes....since there was no one in the lobby to check me in. Worst customer service this is all over a mistake on there end double charging my account there for overdrafting it. Bank of America= robbing their own account holders then say they can not do anything for you.
I'd give this place zero stars if I could. I tried to open my account online (which they let me do) but three days later (after I set up direct deposit and they sent me an email saying my card was on the way) they closed my account due to "fraudulent information". I come to the bank during my lunch and they tell me there's nothing I can do with the money that's pending being deposited into the account untill a couple of days I can't re open the account or anything. This place blows don't trust it with you're money.
Oh a brick and mortar bank... nothing too special, expect a wait if you need a teller or schedule an appointment if you need to sit down with someone. Use the ATM and app if you want to avoid dealing with the above fact about most BofA branches. The service I usually receive is good and I avoid fees any way I can. I'll remain a BofA customer because sometimes I need the services they offer but diversification is necessary.
There’s always a line at this branch. Bank American general has very poor customer service skills. On average there’s at least five customers in line on any given day in any given time. I will definitely be closing my accounts and credit cards moving to Clark county credit union. Nevada State Bank. Bank of America does not care about customers whatsoever. It’s like this every single time I come here.
Why is there only one teller helping the 10 people in line? The three other managers visible can’t help take a few customers. I know, I know, we should just bank online and via ATM. Customer service is dead here too. Update: yep! I’m back... 5 people in line with 4 people behind the counter... how many are helping people?? Just one... I wish work would let me change to a local, community bank...
I wanted to close my safety deposit box while visiting in town as I have moved away several years ago. I had my keys in hand, and I was ready to close. But, because I didn’t have an appointment, I’m going to have to continue to pay rent or travel back another time. How hard is it to close a box that you need an appointment? I feel printing a cashiers check takes longer.
Extremely long wait times to make a deposit, Long lines, no drive thru tellers. Encountered an incredibly rude bank cop at the door today, refusing me entry two minutes before Posted closing time. He opened the door and yelled at me Saying that the bank closed.The volume, attitude, and tone of the message was unnecessary, rude and offensive.
This location does not like serving black customers. This lady told me the funds weren’t available in my account, which is crazy because I just payed bills & etc. I had to go to another branch and I didn’t have an issue. The tellers are also very loud I can hear everyone’s business as well as very slow. BEWARE IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR.
Love the service, yes, the lines are long and sometimes slow, but there are lot of people wanting to do transactions, my transaction was a pretty complicated so it took extra time, not their fault. Michael and the branch manager were very helpful, try going to US Bank, now that’s slow and poor customer service with no working ATMs.
I came in to authenticate my card. The lady says 5 to10 to minutes if no one can do it she'll do it. 2 couples came in for 15:00 appointment and then she told me sir you have to wait for another 1 hour. Disgusted unprofessional service. Yes left mad because I was lied in the first place. Worst bank of America I have been.
I have had great service with the professional confident caring, considerate. Very helpful jason. He should be appreciated by boa for his great work not only for his knowledge but is care and kindness. You should be proud to have him as an employee bank of amerca! EXCEPTIONAL thank you jason
Shelby and Teresa are awesome, upon entering this location you are greeted well and they do a great job of customer service! I enjoy this location and it's in close proximity to my home. Shelby and Teresa always help me to leave with a smile on my face! Good location and great management.
Excellent customer service. Michelle was very helpful, and was willing tell help me. She had a lot of knowledge and got things done fast. Very impressed that we achieved at lot during 1h appointment. I can't wait to start my IRA, and mortgage application with this branch.
Very poor customer service and it’s just BOA as a whole. Never have openings even before the pandemic. Good luck trying to get immediate help on any needs you may have. Calling them is a joke because they don’t pick up!! This company has gone down in customer service!!

Horrible Experience! My appointment was a no-show, followed to two individuals including an assistant manager who are unable to read a birth date well enough to calculate that I am an adult and not a minor. Thankfully a Credit Union was able to help me.
The lines at this branch are ridiculous. It seems that when you arrive and there is more than one teller, they immediately close the second one, and then there are minimally 2 people behind the counter watching the line grow with zero assistance.

I walk in and there are 7 people in line and ONE teller, and a "greeter" doing nothing....on a Monday, no less. How does this make any sense Get it together, Bank of America!!!
Great place, optometrist, barber, beauty salon, threading spot, liquor store, home store, clothing store, ice cream shop, office supplies store, dentist, restaurants and pet store.
I do business with BofA by default. I have family members who had accounts and it made transferring money easier. Time to go to a local credit union--better for everyone.
