I have been standing in line for 15 mins watching and waiting as patiently as I can but when a customer is done and they stands there talking it just rattle my feathers …
Worst Bank ever.... first they never have enough tellers, most are beyond rude. second I came in because I went to purchase a phone and they blocked my card for unusual activities. Like how when I've been paying my bill from the phone company and now its unusual. I came in and it took over an hour to be seen.
The teller yesterday was snooty and the manager was even worse. She was very rude and stuck up. A seminar in customer service would do this branch well. At the end of the day this is a business. A business should want to make more business? The manager should wake up and figure that out versus being a rude.
Terrible experience. Get rid of your business teller line. I waited in your dedicated “business” line, but 4 people that walked in after me were assisted right as they walked in. Only to find out any teller line can assist me with any account I have with you. At least help people in the order they come in.
TERRIBLE bank. I have been banking with them for 20 years and have NEVER paid for a cashiers check. All of a sudden on March 2nd they want to charge me a $10 fee. And the month before they charged me $10 for transfering my own money from my savings to my checking account for me for "overdraft protection".
Three drive thru atm in back. One walk up atm in the front and a night drop for business on the side. They usually have one guard on patrol. The staff inside is nice and willing to help. The wait time is what keeps me from giving them five stars.

Some workers are nice some are lazy, money is money wether is in paper or coins first they don't want to take rolled coins cause it makes them work more counting or putting in bags to be shipped out when finally you put in coins in the bags
For the volume of banking here, it makes no sense to only have one teller most of the time. I am here everyday and no matter what time I arrive, the wait is always at least 20 minutes. There are 5 teller windows! The business window is set

Only 2 tellers and one had the same customer for over 20 minutes trying verify a check. Should have moved him to the side in order to help other customers. Instead we had one working teller.

Usually the drive thru,is busy but not this time ,but the reason I like it here is because the ATM they always work ,not like some other places.
Atm in drive thru dint work very good press get cash and it goes to check account did it 6 times finally gave up and went to walk up atm.
Friendly and helpful, I was in and out in 5 minutes. If you don’t want long wait times don’t show up with the rush when they first open.
