AMEN, AMEN, AMEN to this place!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW CARING THE REPRESENTATIVES ARE AT THIS RAYBURN DR. LOCATION!! My appointment was at 10 am, but the Representative was running a little late due to prior customer. As I sat in Lobby, I was approached with an apology for the extra wait!! HOW CONSIDERATE IS THAT? WOW!! This gesture made me once again REMEMBER WHY I CHOSE BANK of AMERICA as my FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, even though I had a HORRENDOUS experience at Somerset location! This thoughtfulness continued with an OVER THE TOP EXPERIENCED REPRESENTATIVE by the name of Lidabel Davis, who went WAY OVER HER JOB DESCRIPTION AND CARED ENOUGH about ME AND MY ISSUE to take me into a PRIVATE SETTING and go over details, plans, and alternatives to solve my problem!!! My problem could only be dealt with through the Bank of America website/Mobil App., but she UNDERSTOOD my frustrations and was MORE THAN EAGER AND WILLING TO LEND A HELPING HAND!! WOW! WOW! WOW! She walked me step by step with explanations and GUESS WHAT... PROBLEM SOLVED!! I CAN'T EMPHASIZE THE GRATITUDE I HAVE FOR REPRESENTATIVES SUCH AS LIDABEL DAVIS, who LOVE THEIR JOBS AND ESPECIALLY LOVE TO SEE HAPPY CUSTOMERS!! SHE DESERVES AN AWARD, RECOGNITION AND MUCH MORE! I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION, NO MATTER THE CONVENIENCE... DISTANCE WISE... BANK OF AMERICA, RAYBURN DR. LOCATION IS THE ONLY LOCATION ON MY RADAR!! THEY'RE THE BEST!! I also would like to thank MARIA, BRANCH SUPERVISOR for checking in with me after my meeting with Lidabel Davis. SHE, TOO is AWESOME and made me feel WELCOMED and APPRECIATED!! We’ll today I got a t Ed cat message from Bank of America with a pass code stating that if I had not request this passcode to call!!! 1st not sure how they got my number, 2 Nd when I did call back the answering service sounded legit!! ASKING FOR MY PERSONAL TAX ID NUMBER OR LAST 4 or acct number so they can help me...!! It was a scam!!! If it had been any other person an elderly or just someone not pay attention they might have entered info.. BUT SINCE I DO NOT BANK HERE AND THEN WHEN THE GENTELMAN ANSWERED HE SPOKE WITH AN ACCENT AND SAID B. Of America Virginia!!! No bank will say the state!!! So I just wanted people to be aware!! When getting these text!! Not sure if I explained correctly, but my point is scam and pay attention!!
This bank is unbelievable. I waited in line for an hr for them to tell me they had no money they had a total of 20 people waiting over an hr to be told they had no money. When i ask the assistant manager what was going on she said i could use the ATM. Im not sure if she has any common sense but if i had my atm card doesnt she think i would have done that . knowing their reputation for poor service and rudeness . Im just glad i dont bank there . We were in line for my grandmother and she waites an hr just to be told they didnt have any monry to give her. She is 86 years old and has bank with them for very long. Im so disappointed that this is how they treat their customers. They should either hire entirely new staff and management or just shut the place down i mean they can even serve their customers so why have the buisness
How do you open at 10AM and close at 4pm Old people and disabled people do not have access to this bank due to its hours. Its inappropriate for this bank to open so late and close so early...? People in this area need access to their financial centers AT REASONABLE TIMES. The people inside at 8:30 am were just standing around inside laughing and chilling. While elderly people waited outside, these people take the bus... that runs on the half hour. Please show more respect for the community you are in.

30 minutes in line to cash a check. Then 10 minutes to actually get it done. I had forgotten why I stopped coming here a year ago. So much for running a "quick errand". 11/3/17 Update - 7 drive through lanes and only one available. Went inside to see if it was after, there were 20+ people waiting in line. I'm closing my accounts tomorrow and never looking back. Oh, did I mention the ridiculous fees they charge for all the little things?
This place is poorly managed. And the waits are exceptionally long. If you don’t have an account, you have to see a manager to verify your check. This is the only bank that I have ever been to that does this. Every other bank trusts their tellers to do their jobs correctly. If they won’t trust their tellers to verify, or hold the ink pad; then why would I trust them to have an account here?
I was told my appointment would only take a few minutes to add my wife's signature to my account so we went during my wife's lunch break. They were over 20 minutes late in getting to us, then they accidentally locked us out of the account and said we'd have to wait for another associate, which we couldn't do because my wife had to get back to work. HUGE waste of time.
Every time I have to cash a check or do any buissnes there it takes forever along with some kind of different obstacle to hurdle evertime can't see why anyone would bank there had plans to open account there but after just my first two visits there is no way! Not to mention they close so early compared to other Banks! Poor customer servise
Shouldn't even give a half a star because the ladies here treated my husband so badly n was very very rude to him so we went to another bank of America n they treated my husband like u r suppose to treat customers with respect n kindness. So I don't not recommend this bank at all the workers r very rude in disrespectful
This is by far the worst banking location of Bank of America. Everyone who works here is extremely rude, there was a teller speaking very horribly to a elderly man who simply had a question about his account. Everyone, from the security standing outside to the tellers, has a attitude and a non-friendly face.
I really hate this bank! Way understaffed! Only a few of the people that work there move with some sense of urgency. Others walk around like they're just waiting for the day to end! And the drive-thru service... One lane open, most of the time. PATHETIC SERVICE! HERE, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER VALUE!
Very very very slow service. 24 people in line only 2 window service open. I have to talk to someone on other matters and have been waiting over 40min. There are two other people in front of me who knows how long they been waiting. Another person before but has walked out.
My overall experience was not good long wait in commercial lane. Then the supervisor took for ever to come and sign for the cashiers check. Oh and the line was not long at all only 2 persons were in front of me. I will never ever come to this bank again.
Do not bank here. These people could really care less about you. They locked my account and left me with no money for 10 days. I live by my debit card and they locked it all. I pray that one day they all go through what they put me through
Inefficient drive thru, Vannessa says they've been doing it this way for many years. Only one lane open, no supplies for transaction, teller doing other tasks and not my ttransaction. Drive thru takes too long per customer.
This bank doesn't care about the disabled I had to leave 2 time very unprofessional rude and very slow and manager doesn't care either 2time i left and had to leave and go back due to there unprofessional way they work
