Very disappointed by this branch and by the Bank of America, where I have been a loyal customer for twenty years. They say that they offer notary service "at no cost" for their customers. In the last two weeks, I had to make three different appointments to have a document notarized (one single sheet of paper to be stamped and signed, which usually takes less than ten minutes...) My three appointments, in different branches, were canceled the day before, with the excuse that they do not have a notary service. But it is written on their website and for each of my appointment, I have received a confirmation e-mail with the date, time and name of the notary. So, what is wrong with them ? Why do they write in their website that they have a notary service if they don't ? Why do they confirm the appointment by mail and then text you that it is canceled ??? I have wasted two weeks while my document is urgent and I am very dissatisfied. I am considering taking my account to an other bank that respects more their clients.

With the advent of online banking how much is a Bank Branch really important to those of us using tech banking? Well, there are times you do need to go in person! I have been a Bank of America customer for a good thirty years. Over time, I have used BOA banking services in various in person locations outside of my home turf in New England, and this Branch was the Gold Standard experience. Everyone was cheerful and attentive to my banking need. I was seen by a customer service specialist in a timely fashion, and was expertly and very efficiently attended to, which immediately remedied my problem! I did wait a couple of minutes in the cashier line after my customer service encounter. As I observed the customer population being serviced, I saw clearly that this is a well staffed, well trained Bank Branch in all of the departments of banking services one might need. They must have an excellent Branch Manager! While here in San Diego, I will definitely use this Branch for my banking needs.

If I could give a zero star, that would be generous. This location is by far THE WORST BofA I have EVER dealt with.. we have waited in line outside for about 20 minutes just to make it inside and there be 15 more “social distancing” squares worth of people in front of me. Now 20 more minutes later and ive just made it to the railing for a normal line. There is still 50 people waiting in line outside.. 3 tellers working on a Saturday Way to go guys. Thank you for wasting my precious lunch time before I have to go back to work. I would have made it in yesterday, but apparently I have to have a sweet work schedule like they do to make it in by 4pm when they close. Now eating in to my actual work time.. but still here waiting.

When your sign a contract with BofA. In the details at any times for any reason they can close your account and mail you a check. So please be aware if you need any money PULL OUT YOUR MONEY BEFORE you deal with any disputes because any employee for any reason can freeze and close your account. Freezing your account mean you cannot use any atm it will not even ask you for a pin, just to clarify for the people that are thinking just deposit the hand written check. Oh yea the line means nothing just yell “ I’m a WELLS FARGO CUSTOMER “ and walk up to the teller in correlation to your race and there is no wait! Possibly instead of a security guard you could hire another teller so the lines won’t be so long.

Unbelievable and unpleasant service, we have a business account that was open years ago and today we went to this branch to get cash change, roll of quarters to more specific and the tellers told us that they only can give 2 rolls of quarters because the branch doesn't receive enough. I couldn't believed it, I still don't believe that the bank only have 1 box of quarters for the entire branch however I do believe that the tellers just don't want to count their cash registers at the end of their shift. Unbelievable!

We have tried calling multiple times and scheduling an appointment for a phone call, no one answers during business hours and no one calls you during your scheduled appointment. We have moved out of the area and are trying to get information about a safety deposit box at this location. No one at our local location is able to help us as they direct us back to this one. Completely frustrated with Bank of America.

We came in to add a singer on our buisness account. A buisness representative didn't pay attention nor cared to talk to us. Someone the representative familar was given a periority service and we were told to wait for 45 minutes. I have been banking with bank of American since 1998 and I believe the representative at these lication is very unprofessional. professionalism is Null.

We do our business with you three times a week and every time we wait in line for 40 minutes to an hour In line just because they are short on tellers. It’s been happening since Covid started but now Covid is done and the problem is still existing When try to call there is no one to answer the phone … it’s ridiculous It should be called bank of Bangladesh not Bank of America

Any reason why you removed a lot of your ATMs and closed your branches? Then when you do find one that's open it's an hour wait because they have no staff. Freaking third world country status. Jfc Edit: laugh out loud at your useless response. You have closed yet another branch. Why look up where your ATMs and branches are when you keep closing them?

Bad policies with this bank! If you bank with BOA you can't cash checks UNLESS your account matches the check you want to cash. It makes no sense..so I went to Chase bank next door. They said "that's not right. They just have to make phone call to verify the check" and then they cashed my checks with no problem at all. Switching banks immediately!

I just went in for a deposit but the gentleman helping me was very nice and he help me with an issue quickly and accurately. The manager was also nice and the person at the front door was able to help me with a question about safe deposit boxes. Plus they now have Security in front which is a big help.

Used their drive through atm on March 3rd like I normally do, atm stopped working, 2 months and dozens of calls later they decided they recorded the transaction but didn't find my money so they basically stole the money from me, never using their atms anymore, do not recommend bank of America to anyone

This place is NOT open Oct 2 contrary to the locator info on their website. BAC is still adapting to 21st century technology, with sheets of paper with conflicting opening hours plastered all over the entrance. Contrast that to JPM across the driveway that's open 9a-4p on Saturdays as advertised.

My employer banks here. They have the money. They refused to cash a check drawn on an account at their location. I recommend going to any bank but this one. Oh, and I waited in line for 30 minutes before having my time wasted. I'll never bring my money here.

They refused to cash the my economic stimulus check. I called costumer service and they said they should cash those checks. That bank location need better training and costumer service. I have been waiting 45 minutos in line outside the bank

The other reviews are spot on. 2 windows open. 20 people in line, moving at a snails pace.. and no I cannot use the online services to withdraw large sums of cash. Id never be a customer by choice. Motivation to get all my $ off my EDD debit

Very very slow service . I didn’t have an appointment so I was ok with waiting . Yet during 55 min of my wait I was watching, and some ladies make it only seem that they busy , while doing nothing. The only helping one was the Asian guy .

Every time I go in here I have to wait in a very long line and wait a long time for service. There always seems to be 10-15 employees around, but only 1-2 are ever helping any customers. It's very frustrating and I want to change banks.

Ridiculously long wait times, tellers are rude. You have to stand in the outside in the elements for over an hour to be helped. The lady in blue at the door is extremely rude.
