In a bold sentence of their webpage, the bank proudly declares, "It’s great to have an impact to help people." Sadly, my recent experience with this establishment left me questioning the authenticity of that statement. From the front clerk to the manager, there was a glaring lack of care and willingness to assist. My friend found himself in a difficult situation, stranded in a foreign country and in dire need of some assistance. To my utter dismay, the bank's staff showed zero willingness to help. In fact, it was quite the opposite; they seemed completely indifferent to my predicament. The icing on the cake was when I approached the manager, hoping for a glimmer of hope, he refused to just listen. It's disheartening to think about all the people who rely on this bank for their financial needs. If my experience is any indication, they may find themselves in a vulnerable situation with no support in sight. A financial institution that proudly claims to help people but fails to deliver on that promise is a letdown of epic proportions. In the end, I can't help but feel sorry for anyone who ends up using this bank's services. When you're in need, the last thing you want is to be met with apathy and disregard. This establishment clearly has a long way to go in living up to the lofty words on their brochure.

Mind we had just had a wonderful day at the near birch aquarium, and didn't look presentable enough for their liking. Even though the cashier's check was from their branch, and I had all the needed documents it apparently expired after 90 days. I definitely will not be giving this location my business. Please have a talk with your employees using this type of profiling is absurd.

Very bad experience with this office. They have no knowledge about what they are doing. We try to add a joint account, it does not happen in two weeks. But they told me in three days. I called them, they just ask me wait another three days, another three days. Never end. Find someone who has knowledge and experience to work here.

Very good service. Ask for Marco. Very personable. There was some frustration because of a recurring glitch, Marco troubleshooted it even though it was difficult. Problem solved. Good conversation and sharing pop culture tips. Nice guy. Maybe his five star review will raise the 2.7 review now for the bank location.

Rick opened a checking account for me very quickly, even if I arrived shortly before the closing time. He took the time to explain me all the details and advantages of the student account, and he really helped me. I definitely recommend this bank
