I called to ask for an email for a final payout figure for a loan. They refused to send me an email of the figure as “I could be anyone and they don’t do that”. What a lot of rubbish. Who else is going to payout my loan? I had all my identifying numbers etc, but no. They just “don’t do that”. Referred to the call centre at which I am currently on hold for 20 minutes and counting. Never bank with them again. I might add I have been a customer for over 6 years. What a crock! Soooo disappointed. Will advise my friends and family to close their accounts and go elsewhere. I might add I have moved to country Vic and they don’t have a branch anywhere near to actually go in.

We recently moved our home loan here for a better rate and didn't have the redraw facility or internet banking setup. Helen (at the branch) was super helpful at setting everything up in person and made us feel more validated with our decision to switch banks.

Poor customer service from the bank. They double booked our appointment and didn’t even bother to contact to let us know about it until we turned up a the appointment. Very disappointed as we had to reschedule our work for the appointment.

Phoned twice during office hours, no one answered on both occasions but i left a message each time asking for someone to call me back ref my home loan, never received a call.

A special mention to Vivienne for going out of your way to provide exceptional customer service. It brightened up our day, particularly during these times.

Maybe update the office hours on google. Google says open Saturday morning. Front door says weekdays only
