Unprofessional receptionist- she talked to me as if I do not have the ability to pay my bill. She was reading from the computer that I have a private insurance when I told the clinic so many times that I have a medicare. I asked if they have my updated Medicare and she said yes because I told her that there was an issue with the last bill and she said that is not their problem(extremely rude), ok I understand but she should not answer me like that as their patient. I gave her a dose of her own medicine because I felt like she is enjoying bullying her patients. Remember you are in a customer service industry. This is it, it is time to switch to another clinic.

I have been a patient of this practice for 19 years and I'm so grateful to have local doctors who care, are thorough and professional and are dedicated to serving this community. In all these years I've seen the same few doctors (one main person and others for skin checks/travel health/women's health) and they work together seamlessly. There are no big egos, no judgement and outstanding collaboration. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Banyo Clinic.

People ( one gentleman and two women ) working behind the counter were friendly, took the time to welcome my with a real smile, which always a huge bonus for any patients/clients. The whole team including my doctor was professional and very efficient. The waiting rooms are plaisant, restful ( no lowd TV with rubbish adds) and clean/fresh. one of the very best I have been to. Yes, I will recommend Banyo Clinic any time. Marie.

By far the most caring and thorough GP I’ve been to in a very long time Dr Carter is incredibly knowledgeable, down to earth, helpful & knows how to make you comfortable. I’ve been here many times and have recently decided to come back as it’s close to my home and it reminded me once again why I go, the doctors are so thorough and really show care. Couldn’t recommend a better gp for your family and friends.

I've been a patient at the Banyo Clinic since 1968, and I've always been completely satisfied with the service they have provided. My latest visit was no exception. Sometimes I have to wait a few minutes past the appointment time to see the doctor of my choice, but I've always been confident that the the treatment prescribed will be appropriate for my well being.

I have been a Banyo Clinic patient for over 20 years. The reception staff are some of the kindest and most efficient humans I've ever had contact with. My doctor has seen me through some significant health issues and even rang me when I didn't attend an appointment because he was concerned about my mental health at the time. I feel very safe at the Banyo Clinic.

Moved to the area and was looking to set myself up with a local GP. Found the whole process pretty easy with the hot doc app. The lady who checked me in at reception was really friendly and efficient. I booked in with Dr Laura Welsh and she was wonderful. It’s the most comfortable I’ve felt speaking to a doctor and was a great help. Happily will go back.

Wheelchair access was poor staff had to open another door for us. The Dr Lee was very rude and belittled us about our Dr sending us to him. We almost walked out but did not by the end we should have left the appointment. The cost was $500 we got nothing for but leaving feeling defeated, Dr Lee it my view is in it for the money.

In my experience, my appointments are generally right on time or only a short wait. We have a very good doctor (Dr McLean) and she is really great with our baby. All the nurses have also been really great with our little ones immunisations and manage to keep him distracted by blowing bubbles. Highly recommend the clinic!

Truly beautiful people that work there especially Anne . We got off a cruise with a very unwell 11 year old and desperately needed a doc apt so we could fly home that day and she moved heavy an earth to get us seen. She couldn’t have been nicer and even though we couldn’t fly we got amazing help. Thank you so much ☺️

I utterly despise the corpor-rat expectation to hand out glowing top level 5 star reviews, like candy, when such ratings and reviews are meaningless. I prefer to leave ratings and reviews when such are actually warranted.

Love the administration staff; they are a friendly group with whom you can share and enjoy a joke. On the other hand, they show empathy and understanding. As for the medical staff, they all show professionalism and give top quality care. They have taken care of my well being for 9 years.

I have been a patient here for my entire adult life and it has always been a pleasure dealing with all the doctors or receptionists the nurses are also friendly and it’s handy to get to by public transport. Great clinic with great professionals would recommend it to everyone and anyone

Friendly staff and doctors, helpful understanding and normally the wait time is minimal however sometimes things can happen to make the wait time longer, but that happens at most doctor clinics... very happy with this practice and i have been going there now for a long time. Cheers

We had our 7 day appointment for the bub with Dr. Laura Welsh. It was a very pleasant experience where Laura answered all our questions in relation to a newborn, thanks Laura for being so patient with our queries and doing a full check on our little one

I am fairly new at this clinic and I’ve been seeing Dr Andrew Yong Gee. He is absolutely incredible at what he does. He is so approachable and friendly. We are so lucky to have found him! The reception staff are wonderful too.

Andy was friendly, prompt and thorough in examining my daughter to confirm that she wasn't suffering from a bacterial infection. This gave her peace of mind as she was in a lot of pain and that she would get better soon.

Dr. Penny McBride is an incredible doctor. Always thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Have had a couple of doctors there I definitely wasn’t impressed with, but will stick with Dr. McBride for the rest of my life!

As usual, Dr Peter Rossberg was informative and helpful with my continued health. Although I have moved and now 40mins away, I will never go elsewhere while Peter is practising there. Thanks for saving my life Peter

By far the best one stop clinic on the northside...chemist out the front...qml as well...drs that actually listen to you...with real ears not painted on ears!!... always treated with total respect

Actually always runs on time, a big plus in my eyes. Direct approach, explanation and plan of action which is fitted in, if surgical excision is required, so that a reappointment is not required.

Always professional. Now they have automated the checking in. It streamlines the process of seeing your doctor. They are open longer hours more days than any clinic I know. A winner.

A very busy practice. I was seen as a car consultation as I had earache. The doctor came outside and looked in my ears and heard my medical history. I was prescribed ear drops.
