We’ve just moved to Banyo and needed an emergency appointment for our cat. We managed to get in the same day. Frank was gentle, kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to get to know our cat and didn’t rush the appointment. He was patient with us and took the time to show us how to give medicine at home and assured us we could come back to see him if our cat didn’t get better. The price was really good value for a consult, injections and meds! It looks like Frank has been in operation a long time and the clinic shows signs of aging and looks a bit disorganised. However, none of that matters when you meet Frank and you see the care and skill he has with your pet. He’s extremely knowledgeable and was great with our cat!

Frank has been our vet for decades, from years ago when we had horses just down the road to delivering our dogs puppies at 3am to helping us rehabilitate stray & abused animals of all sorts. He is always kind, considerate & very helpful. He explains all your options with the best interest of the animal always being the priority. His prices are very good and I would not hesitate to recommend him for all your pets or animals needs! Thanks Frank for squeezing in our latest little stray Precious she took quite a shine to you!

I would rate Frank and his staff with 6 stars out of 5 if I could.. Our pet dog Josh died recently of old age and Frank looked after him during his life and was with him when he passed. The assistance they gave to my family was second to none and I will forever be grateful for how they respectfully and warmly treated Josh during his last day and to my family when we came to say our goodbyes. They are truly wonderful people and I will be their customer for as long as they are in practice.

Simply a pleasure to deal with. Always fast, efficient, to the point and no BS. Back for the third time last Wednesday to look at my dogs swollen cheek, walked my dog up to just book an appointment. They diagnosed her dental fistula on the spot and had her tooth removed and sinus drained in less than 24 hours. She got her fully checked over, nails trimmed and glands expressed without having to ask. Service more akin to what I grew up with than what I find in the big smoke nowadays.

Doctor Frank is so helpful and friendly Veterinarian. I once came to see him because my previous veterinarian don't have the proper answer for my dog's health. So decided to asked my friend if she got a Veterinarian to recommend. When I visit Doctor Frank, he straight got the answer. You know that he got the skills and experiences. I recommended Doctor Frank for all your pets.

Frank is the best vet we have ever known, we have been rescuing old & young dogs for over 17years. We travel from Ipswich to see Frank for our fur-kids & we will not go anywhere else. We do & would recommend Frank to family & friends. Let’s not forget Sharon, what a wonderful woman she will bend over backwards to fit your fur-baby in to see Frank ‍♀️

Really great with our two dogs and cats. He is very informative, and really cares. He never charges for something that isn't worth while, and never pressured us into spending loads of money on something that wasn't worth it. Our animals love him and his staff, and are always happy to see him, with no anxieties. All around great place.

I am the partner of one of the most needy puppy owners on this entire planet. When she overreacts and calls poor Frank at the most obscene times, he is always ALWAYS there to help us out. This is a man who genuinely cares about his work and about animals, and for that, I could not recommend him any more highly.

This is our third family dog with Frank now. He has a wealth of experience. He saved our cat's life (well one of them) to my then teenager daughter everlasting happiness. Our cat lived another six years. We hold Frank and Ruth in high esteem and wish them best wishes for the future.

Frank is amazing! I have 2 staffy's and he knows just how to help every time i go in. He's not over priced and gives down to earth, good, genuine advise. Ill never go anywhere else, until the day he might retire! But please dont! haha we all love you too much!

Frank and Ruth are both beautiful people who care deeply for every animal that comes though their door. Three generations of my family have taken their pets to see Frank, and it will be a sad day for the owners that he decides to retire.

This business doesn't deserve even 1 star. Complete negligence and a lack of veterinary knowledge caused my beautiful, 10 year old dachshund to lose his life here. The worst part being, we brought him to Frank, 3 weeks before he passed

Friendly and caring vet, Frank. Prices are acceptable. Frank's methods are old school, can't fault him or the practice. Parking is onroad and it is very busy, not great. Three steps up, not wheelchair friendly. Recommend Frank highly.
