Incredibly disappointed with how this business is run. I get its independent and things happen. But for things to always happen. Incredibly unfair from a customer point of view. I had reached out to the owner as per COVID a little more understanding with business is a must! But I dont feel this store reciprocates these same values. As I have reached out numerous times and barely any follow up. The hours and says keep changing. Also to post that you are closed for the day you have advertised that you would be open.. and to post that on Instagram at the time you are meant to be open.. I've wasted multiple days for one article of clothing I found appealing through the window. Weather it be she has changed her hours to different days.. or she posts that she will be closed at the time she is meant to be open. Sure it's one item. I really wanted to support small business especially during this time. But I dont feel this company truly cares.

I saw this place on Instagram and It was my first time coming in a few days ago. First when I came in, I wasn’t acknowledged, but that didn’t really bother me. but While i was shopping I started hearing someone going off about their personal life and other random things. Then that’s when I noticed she was on Tiktok live as I’m a blogger too and it was very obvious she was on tiktok live. Or maybe Instagram live. It was very disruptive when trying to shop and you see a young girl with redish hair sitting and making TikTok’s or Instagramming. And all you can hear is her blabbing on about random stuff.This is not acceptable and very unprofessional on her behaviour. I believe there is a time and place to be making lives and TikTok’s. and it should not be at your store. I will try to come in again soon….. hopefully this gets settled.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This lady is a SCAM ARTIST and stole hundreds of dollars worth of clothing I gave her for consignment. No call, no email, no information whatsoever was given when she closed the Commercial Drive shop. Even though she seems to still have a shop on Main Street. I was hesitant to consign my high end designer items, but she seemed nice and I gave her a shot. Big mistake. I received ZERO dollars for the items I brought in for her to sell. I wonder how much she got for them... I tried to call several times, her voicemail was always full. I left facebook private messages, no reply. NOTHING. Apparently I am not the only consignor she did this to. Maybe we should get together and sue her. Disgusting business practices, she should be ashamed of herself. I hope she goes bankrupt.

I went in here with my mother who is 85 years old. We drove almost 2 hours from Chilliwack. She was really excited to visit this store as she heard really nice things from her church group. Upon arrival we could not find a single staff until we saw a female coming out of the back with her friend. I had said hello which we did not get a response back from. When my mother went to pay she had to stand for 10 minutes eyeing the staff before getting acknowledged because the staff member was too busy talking to her friend about her "Tik Tok Live". Good stuff bad service. We will not be returning because of the disgusting customer service we had. Please train your employees and hire someone who wants to be there to work and not brag about her social media.

I would like to share my same frustration as others who have consigned their items here. I have also consigned many of my high quality items here, and under the agreement I have requested for my unsold items to be returned. When the Commercial store shut down and moved all their items to their Main shop, I did not hear a word from the owner about this. I have called, emailed, sent messages and not a response back. I have lost many of my consignment items from this shop. There's no respect and integrity to her business. I'm sorry but I have to speak out about this. This apparently has been happening to many others as well. I am always happy to support small businesses but not when there's no communication or integrity to their work.

This has one of my favourite stores, so today decided to go in and with hopes of finding some dresses. Most dresses were vintage, which is nice but there was not a lot of options for sizes or those vintage style and modern options of dresses. As well when I walked into the store, one of the store workers was loudly airing her personal business which created, what I felt, a negative energy. I immediately wanted to get out as I felt uncomfortable and awkward as if I was walking into a private conversation. I felt invisible and disappointed. Might take a break from visiting the store for a while.

The most fab chic vibe store I have ever been into love this place love the vibe the energy and love the styles and jewelry boho chic absolutely fabulous find one if a kind pieces I give this place a 20 out of ten Plus this lady working Imogen was the most fabulous human I havevever met her energy and vibe was contagious btw she picked pieces out to show me which were the most fabulous on and definitely my style and I bought it all I personally love the vibe the ambience the customer service was phenomenal def my new spot to shop for I’ve of a kind pieces ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Esoteric shop disguised by gorgeous thrifted garments. The perfect shop for the closet witch. I come here for all my witchy needs- they have everything from tarot cards to a small crystal collection. My go to item is the tiny coloured candles for magic spells. I stock up on these before the full moon and I can’t find any other shop that has these type of candles perfect for my altar. Thank you barefoot for being one of my favourite spots for quick witchy tools and supplies. Next- bring in an assortment of herbs and we’re all set!

I love the shop! There was this young, kind girl with brown hair, very beautiful, who showed me things inside; she helped me choose something I didn't even see at first, but now I love it so much ^^ I recommend going to this shop and talking to the employee. I assure you that you will have a great and wonderful time! Thats something more and more rare to get, and we need to protect shops like this one! I will totally go back to it to buy gifts for my mother next time I'm in town!

A lovingly curated store with collectibles. The interior is warm and welcoming and the display surfaces are covered with charming knickknacks. There are pretty jackets and dresses in vibrant hues and quirky touches abound. The decor pieces and brooches are endearing. The shop assistant was very friendly. I hope the store ramps up its offerings.

This store stands out from the others on Main as upscale and classy. If you need a dress for a tea party or wedding, this is the store for you. She also has some unique jewelry and a ton of party supplies. The proprietress is delightful and has a lot of recommendations about things to do and see.

The owner was both very knowledgeable and helpful! I was able to fund a variety of pieces from the curated vintage selection that suited me, and would absolutely recommend it to others looking for a great shopping experience!

Barefoot Contessa has unique and pretty clothing items for reasonable prices. Definitely visit if you are looking for a beautiful, different dress!

Great service and amazing products! Prices are a little higher but do understand that they are ethically sourced and most items are handmade.
