After 6 months of waiting I have given up and decided to write a review, I have never written a review for any place but I feel this is necessary. I ordered a pair of booties in December 2020 and they were supposed to arrive in early January but they never did, I emailed latest scoop and they advised me right away that it has nothing to do with them anymore and it's with canada post now but to wait a bit since it was just after Xmas time, I waited and then emailed back and asked if I can get refunded since I clearly never got my shoes and wasn't going to and they told me that they don't do the refunds since Canada post never delivered, I HAVE NEVER heard something like that from anywhere, Canada post obvs is not going to refund me for something I didn't pay to them, but anyways I went along with their emails and then was sending emails to Canada post with which I never got responses from and then I would email latest scoop back and they kept asking if I got a response from Canada post and that it is for them to figure it out with me, I gave up emailing and now I'm out 120$ and no shoes and clearly the latest scoop dosent care, and in the last month had a few ppl ask if I've ever shopped there and I told everyone my situation and that has turned them off from shopping there that the fact that the latest scoop dosent take credit.

Love the clothes here, never disappointed with the service or this location. Today was a bit different, the woman assisting me with her very “turned on” fake attitude actually questioned my height after saying I was a “short” 5’8 ...I’ve known my height from being measured by other adults for work. Not sure what her tactics were but luckily, someone overheard because after clearly INSULTING ME, they had another girl assist me. Thank you for that or you would have not made a sale or had me return. That previous girl needs to be spoken to about her mouth. No matter how fake you try to appear your true self shines my dear. Maybe take a vacation. I sincerely hope the girl that rectified my experience got the credit for my purchases. Please make sure of that. I’m happy to assist in identifying who the two were.

Excellent experience! The owners and management are very hospitable and friendly. We had the pleasure of working with the team at The Latest Scoop (Granville Street location) on an interior upgrade. Caroline and the staff were super easy to work alongside, and they were all very professional and accommodating. Caroline was gracious (had the basics covered before we even started) and made sure everything was organized prior to the first day....so (hands on) throughout every foot step of the project. Furthermore, her skills in marketing/merchandising and fashion design is outstanding!. We look forward to working with The Latest Scoop again in the near future.

The Latest Scoop has some really cute clothing. However, they are not a very size inclusive store. The sizing only goes up to a Large and their clothing runs small. I usually always fit a Large (sometimes an X-large) but I can’t fit into any of their Large clothing. I left their store crying and feeling incredibly terrible about my body. I mentioned this to one of the employees who stated they are trying to work on this. I went back over the Easter long weekend more than a year later and noticed that nothing had changed. This is super disappointing. Sadly, I do not recommend curvier or bigger women shop this store…

I purchased a purse several weeks ago. About a week after I bought it the purse developed a small tear. I no longer had the receipt. So I called the store and they were able to find it in their system by the date. Not only that they offered for me to come and fully exchange for a new one. I told them I could not get there for several weeks due to travelling on business and they were more than happy to accommodate. Last week I even got a call from them reminding me that the purse was being held aside for me. I just exchanged it! The customer service was top notch. I am impressed and will shop there again!

The store staff are lovely and upbeat. Very personable and feels like they really know the merchandise well and are customers themselves. Store has a great selection from smaller things like cards and jewelry, to bigger purchases like outerwear and sweaters. Everything feels really fresh and curated. I recently had a fantastic experience with their online customer care team, specifically Steph. She went above and beyond to assist me and facilitate my request. I could not be more pleasantly surprised at how well I've been treated and communicated with by Steph and that team. 10 stars!!

I love these guys always have. But especially on a certain day when I was preparing for the celebration of life for my late husband. I went in there asking for an appropriate attire for the day and the girls were all over it. I walked away with not only one outfit for the day but a couple more because they were so helpful and their inventory is so lovely. Shout out to Alex at the Granville St., Vancouver location. Phoned Granville St location a few minutes before opening to inquire about stock availability. Surprisingly, a cheerful voice picked up and passed me on the the buyer who happened to be there. She promised to follow up on my inquiry, and true to her word within the day I received an email to advise when the blouse would be in stock including colour choices. Great customer service. No wonder so many of my friends are Scoop fans!

I went into the Latest Scoop in search of a dress for an NYE wedding, after having several really defeating experiences at other stores. Gabby and Rachel were absolute angels - going above and beyond to help me find a dress that would not only work for the dress code, but that I felt beautiful in. I can't thank them enough for making this such a smooth shopping experience, which is rare coming from someone who hates shopping!

I live closeby and went to the store to get a long cardigan. While they didn't have the colour I wanted, I did get a nice light rain coat and crossbody bag. The sales person was friendly and let me browse when I needed to. The prices may be a bit overpriced (Matt and Nat bags are cheaper at the free standing stores), overall, a pleasant shopping experience.

I went in 20 minutes before closing because I urgently needed some clothes for the next morning. Even though I came in so late, all the staff were very friendly and happy to help. They did not rush me. Alexis was wonderful and picked me out some tops that fit great with my body & needs. I'm very happy and impressed. I will be coming back for more

Love shopping here! The South Granville location is my go-to place to shop in Vancouver. I am able to find clothes, gifts and home decor for every occasion. The girls that work here are helpful, friendly and truly go out of their way to help you find whatever your are looking for. Amazing customer service and store atmosphere.

A decent place if you want inexpensive, relatively trendy finds. Sometimes a hit or miss. I've walked in and found a handful of awesome pieces but usually on most occasions I walk out empty handed. It's a good place for finding gifts ! Cute pillows, home decor, accessories, etc. Nice layout to the store, and lovely staff.

Good service and well curated items. I didn't like that they don't carry xlarge items. The jumpsuit I like was perfect everywhere except the chest. But the lady told me they don't carry xlarge in the store. Like why not? People come in all sizes.

Friendly and helpful service and quite a large selection of nice clothes ranging in price and quality. But make sure you love it before you buy it because it’s there are NO REFUNDS, only exchanges only and in 7 days!

I always have a great experience at this store, the staff are helpful and great at putting designs together. I usually pop into the store every 2 weeks to check out the new stock. I love it!

The awful customer service ever! They don’t have refunds police, the return police is one week. I tried to get a store credit and they kept me waiting. Awful
