Recently visited, bought a book at Clearance price, and shortly decided to request for an exchange, thinking I'll likely not be able to get a refund. Not only are the staff understanding and friendly, I was able to get a refund. Compare this to my unpleasant experience at Readers Warehouse in Tokai where I ended up having to pay more in exchange for a book part of a 2-book discount, and nowhere in their terms and conditions stated this. And on top of all this, the staff there are not friendly to you depending on the colour of your skin, it's a no brainer of where I'll be shopping for books from now on. Keep up the good service, and I sincerely hope you can expand your store space in the near future.
