I was inappropriately treated by a prosecuting solicitor who felt sniggering at my statements was an appropriate response to my testimony in a court of law. I have never felt so humiliated and belittled in my entire life. Do not expect professionalism from all that work there. Also nothing at all was done about the inappropriate response which did cause me to later suffer anxiety based around what happened.

These people are impossible to get hold of. Not only that they are trying to charge me £400 for Allegedly sitting in a Reserved seat on a train. Cannot make out whether this is a scam or not

Dreadful people. Try and get you off the phone and tell you they are not the Court but nobody will talk to you. If you query them they accuse you of being rude and hang up.

I don't understand why these people advertise a telephone number. I have been calling all day and nobody answers and I need to dispute a fine that I have received.

Terrible service , typical govment building was waiting from 9:30 to 5:30 for a minor inncident, this place needs major improvements to service
