Kieran from the warehouse called after my online purchase to explain some details about the product we had purchased. He was so polite, knowledgeable and informative. Then I received a call from the delivery driver yesterday explaining that he would deliver tomorrow. I thought that was lovely. We have ordered a lot of furniture lately for our new house, several delivery drivers left the items out in the rain without notice. This morning I messaged our delivery man who advised he had a different delivery address to the one I had mentioned. Well, blame it on baby brain or sleep deprivation or a whole number of other things but my phone auto-entered the wrong address at the time I ordered the items. My old address. The delivery driver basically changed up his entire delivery schedule at the last minute, I hurried over to our new house, and he and his assistant delivered the items promptly... And they were both so polite about it even though I'm sure it was an inconvenience. I am so happy with the service received and thank you very much. Plus, most importantly, the goods received were very high quality and even better than they appeared in the photos online!

I Purchased a bulky item through a third party provider, and that same day I received a call to confirm delivery date (which was only a few days later). The girl on the phone was LOVELY, efficient and was accommodating. I received reminders about date and time it would arrive. On the date of delivery I received phone call from the delivery guys (who again - super friendly and professional) to reconfirm timing, and once again when they were out the front. They brought it through my house and onto the balcony and we’re very careful with doorways etc and very polite. Added bonus is that the item I purchased is perfect and feels to be great quality! I have made quite a few purchases from Bay Gallery. The Santorini teak look aluminium pool lounges & the Brontë teak look aluminium lounge setting. Amazing quality & people come to my place & regularly comment it looks like real timber. The cushions are really comfy & easy to change covers (I got an extra set to change look occasionally). My last purchase was the Harvey Outdoor grey. Aluminium & teak. Again I was super impressed with quality however there was a defect in one of the lounge frames. The easiest process to report it & they promptly delivered me a replacement (in Canberra). I'm really impressed & they are my go to now - I trust that the quality is as per the internet images.

Hands down best delivery service ever. From purchase to delivery I was updated via phone and email. Received a call upon placing my order to let me know they had received it and to let me know next steps. Received a call the next day checking on what delivery day suited me and locking it in. Received a call and text the morning the item was delivered giving me a 1hr window (the arrives literally 2 mins into the delivery window time). Everyone I dealt with every step of the way had exceptional customer service and have and will recommend to friends. The item I purchased was also super nice quality and looks exactly as advertised, very pleased.

My new outdoor lounge arrived today! And just like the last time I bought from Bay Gallery everything was in perfect order! I have the Milano chaise outdoor wicker lounge with black denim cushions and it looks fabulous in my new outdoor area. Best shopping experience ever! We ordered our outdoor lounge setting on Saturday morning and it arrived on our balcony by 1:30pm Monday.... Tracking and communication during the process was first class. The two gentlemen that delivered the suite could not have been more helpful and courteous. This is the second outdoor setting we have purchased from United House. We got 10 years of excellent use from the first one. I found a cabinet I loved on the Bay Gallery Furniture site late on Saturday night. A quick email about delivery costs resulted in a call from them on Sunday morning and I committed to the sale. Just three days later, I have already received delivery of my new unit, which had to come from Brisbane to Sydney and now looks perfect in my home. We bought the Santorini outdoor lounge setting through the website. Staff called the next day to confirm our order and let us know the lead time. On the day of delivery, contact was timely and accurate. The lounge itself is great. Excellent quality and super comfortable. The seat cushions are thick and soft. The aluminium was great - made it light enough for me and my husband to carry it upstairs ourselves (even the three seater!). Very happy with all aspect of the experience.

Great customer service and furniture is great! We received it very quickly with no issues. The only item I would say may need some consideration was there was only one delivery driver and despite paying the extra for delivery and set up I was asked to have someone that could help move it (it’s not heavy but awkward) so my husband needed to do this. Regardless, the delivery driver was friendly and efficient and I would definitely purchase from them again.

The material and fabrication of the products is made of high standard and are good quality pieces - very impressed. I ordered some outdoor furniture from The Bay Gallery. It was available when they said. Then they delivered it on the day they said but most impressive was the fact that they gave me a delivery window of just 1 hour and delivered the furniture within that hour which in my experience never usually happens. The delivery guys were competent and polite. All up a very hassle free experience.

Highly recommend!! The product I bought (egg chair) is beautiful and looks just like the photo on the website! Quality is great and it’s very well made!
