I bought online and found their range and customer service to be outstanding! There was a mixup with one of the pairs I ordered being out of stock which they let me know about very quickly but they did their best to source me the shoe and when they couldn't, refunded me immediately. The next week they managed to get the shoe I wanted and they called me to let know they'd put it aside for me to order again. When I reordered it came super quick as did my other purchase. Really grateful for their excellent customer service! Thanks, guys!

It's beyond me why this place calls themselves this because the shoes are most definitely not Warehouse prices. They were hands down THE dearest for school shoes. Found them cheaper elsewhere. Also a couple of extremely rude employees that Shouldn't work in customer service. I have shopped there a couple of times, only when there were big sales, wouldn't go back now.

I've been shopping here for shoes for many years and can always find what I need with the aid of experienced and knowledgeable staff. Yesterday was no exception. Actually, she explained why I can't hold a shoe on at the heel, something I'd not known, and it made sense. I walked out with a very comfortable and lovely pair of shoes.

I was searching for a nice simple pair of wedding shoes, this place didn't meet my expectations. The shoes were a lot more expensive than they looked (average $120), all the shoe embellishments looked cheap which is disapointing. You can find a lot nicer wedding shoes online for the same price or cheaper, which is what I ended up doing.

This shop has greater range of fashionable mens shoes and boots than I expected. The Ferracini and Slatters range is one of the largest I have come across in quality leather at a reasonable price. you also get the benefit of a professional shoe fitting service with a sense of humour.

I had heard of the place years ago for shoes in general. My podiatrist recommended going to this store recently & checking out their podiatry ranges. So glad I did; it was well worth it, with lots of styles & choices. The staff was very knowledgeable & accommodating. See you soon.

This shop is amazing. Although their price point is a bit higher the products they sell are worth it. I have boots that lasted years n years from them. It's their staff that make it such a great shop. Very helpful and friendly. Worth a look as the shoe range is pretty awesome.

Lots of women's shoes that would have been fashionable ten years ago (square toes, thick rubber soles etc), would suit mature tastes. Bridal shoes up to size 11. If you're under thirty, and not from the area, don't bother.

I found this place by accident and was able to find the perfect shoes for my sons wedding, they were so comfortable I was able to wear them all night. The staff there are amazing and so helpful. Thank you for everything

Don't go here if you're after a cheap pair of shoes, you won't find one. But in saying that you won't find anything that's not worth the price tag. Great staff too. I wish I could go more often …
