Absolutely appalling service, I sent an expensive pure wool super king doona for dry cleaning and it came back still smelling and stained, nothing had been removed, The owners refused to refund and made excuses. These people do not know how to run a dry cleaning business, After all you cannot by a business and then call yourself a dry cleaner, you must have some experience before you can provide a quality service. Bayswater Dry Cleaner’s are obviously only interested in making money. Finally the chemical smell emanating from the doona is overpowering my $400.00 pure wool doona has to be left outside. I will be taking further action.

Wouldn't send my wost enemy here. They charged me $160 to clean two couch cushions, had them for a week and then sent them home with me absolutely reeking of chemicals. When the smell finally faded I discovered they had done nothing to actually clean the cat wee out of the cushions. I called and asked them to clean them again and they refused, and when I asked for a refund instead they also refused. Worst customer service I have ever recieved.

Got a super king wool doona dry cleaned. It was not clean and the chemical smell was so bad l drove home with the windows down. The reason l took it to them because the dog had peed on the corner. I could have done a better job in the bath. Am very disappointed. 1 star is to much. A waste of money.

Had used the business for the last 20 years...never again. A change of staff/ownership has resulted in poor communication due to language barrier but worst of all items not cleaned properly...and a redo was going to cost the same again. Even one star is being generous. Beware.

I took a white suit with stains on it they didn’t even look like they tried to get the stains out I took it home and washed it myself got them out, asked them to re press it for free as the service I paid for did nothing she wanted to charge me I would never go back here

Should have trusted the comments as the items came back reeking of a musty odour and not cleaned properly. Not cheap either and a waste of my time leaving it at the dry cleaners and not having to spend more money and leave it at another shop.

They're pretty timely and do a great job. My coat scrubbed up well. Also had my woollen doona cleaned, looks good. Bit pricey but what isn't these days ...

Wonderful dry cleaning service, very professional and extremely thorough. The owner found and removed stains in my garments which even I hadn't noticed!

My local dry cleaners....my blanket was dry cleaned which l paid $35 for....the customer service was also good.... though it took 4 days...
