Beautiful library and absolutely nicest staff. One lady yesterday, I wish I could remember her name, was SO friendly and helpful signing up my son for his first library card, explaining to me all the services at the library, and everything else. I was so pleased and impressed and my son is delighted to go back. Thank you Bayswater library!!

Just love this library with interesting books, helpful staff, omputetrs, free wifi etc... As kids & people gather there...sometimes it is quite noisy for the people who come for quite environment to focus and I wish it was open on Saturdays as well till 5PM as 1PM closing is quite early...

I just observed a library staff member providing excellent support in a calm and patient way to a community member with very limited English language and internet skills. A great reflection on the library and the broader Bayswater community.

The staff are always so lovely and extremely helpful. Great facilities and very handy if you need access to computers, printing and scanning in addition to their great selection of books.

I've visited a few ERLs and believe this one to be the best because of the knowledgeable, pleasant staff and the apparent abundance of events and author presentations taking place there.

Why is it so cold in the library? I come to get away from the cold and end up leaving with a dribbling nose. The staff are lovely but the temperature is freezing & loud ducts

Been to a couple ERL libraries, and reckon its the best, friendly and knowledgable staff and seems to have lots of activities and talks from authors etc happening!
