El lugar perfecto para cuando uno va de viaje, llegamos con mi familia algo temprano a la ciudad y estabamos cargados de maletas asi que, las pudimos dejar en este sitio sin ningun inconveniente y recorrer la ciudad. Aquí mismo recogí las llaves del apartamento donde nos hospedamos el cuál estaba espectacular y muy limpio. el personal muy amable. lo recomiendo 100% . Queda ubicado al frente de southern cross (la estación de trenes y el sky bus)

We had to checked out of our accommodation and still had a couple of hours to spare. However, we had 3 luggage with us and it was inconvenient for us to move around. Fortunately we found this place nearby that could let us deposit our luggage for a very reasonable fee. They provided a tag for easy retrieval and overall the process was smooth. Highly recommended.

Picked up the keys for about air bnb stay from here. This part was probably the most stress free and sanitary part of the whole experience. Lady behind the desk did rattle through all the instructions for the place far to quickly but wasn't prepared to stick around for another rendition as I had a sess pit of an air bnb home to stay in...

Fair prices and a superbly convenient location right across southern cross Station, staff even held on to our bags for a short 15mins so we could run across to Cole's to grab some last minute groceries before heading back to the airport. 2 bags for $15, one bag for $8. Prices were better than most other locations that I checked.

Every major city needs this service. Stuck between a 10am check out and 6pm flight, I was able to simply drop off my luggage, spend the the day in Melbourne without the hassle of carting suitcases and then pick up on route to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The best place to store your luggage; they have affordable prices, it's easy to use, in a convenient location and a very friendly staff. Also it was really helpful to get my Skybus tickets in cash with clear information of the timetables.

Great competitive service offered. Cheaper storage facilities and staff were kind and friendly. We had a short stay at one of their Airbnb apartments as well. They were happy to accomodate us for an early checkin and were super helpful.

Excellent luggage holding service. I was able to drop off my suitcase, enjoy my final day here, quick pick up, then across the road to Skybus for departure to the airport. Super friendly and well priced.

The Team at BnB Concierge are very friendly and helpful. As a host we've partnered with them for over a year and are very happy with the service they provide for us and our guests.

They accept credit card while luggage hall inside of the station does not. And they even charge the same price as the hall. That really saved us in the last day in this country!

Easy check in 'n' out for a reasonable price per item ($15/day two bags, $8/day one bag). We just walked in and didn't use the online booking option.
