Was a little bit confusing as instead of having a specific address that I could head to, due to the various number of stores in this specific location (underground Melbourne central train station) I had to call and figure out where to drop my bags off. I would have preferred if I was given an address and then in brackets (Newsagency) or something similar so I knew where to go go without having to rely on phoning. I will say service was great he answered promptly and gave us directions and our luggage arrived back in our hand 5 hours later untouched and safe. Great service, just would like clearer information on addresses/where I’m leaving my bags.

Really quick and easy experience. I was able to select my pick up and drop off times with ease through the app, which made my day run smoothly as I could keep my luggage stored as soon as I checked out of my hotel until I had to catch my flight. The staff were very helpful too, my google maps sent me on a wild goose chase looking for the store as it can't detect lower levels, so I called them and they managed to give me step by step directions until I was in front of the store. It was a lovely experience and I will definitely use them again for my travels.

Was a bit concern on the negative reviews, went to check out the location prior drop off. It was surprisingly easy to access. Come by La Trobe Street, take the escalator down from the side of Bank of Melbourne, store on the immediate left. Owners were both nice and helpful. Every bags were tagged and check upon collection.

The place was near Southern Cross Stn where the Sky Bus dropped us off. Lovely and friendly staff! However, the name of the store could be missed easily. Its located in front of Pantre, so even if you can’t see the name of the store, it’s probably the right one.

Edit: eventually found store. It is in “the Lott” on the bottom floor same as the train station right past the food court. 1/5 stars due to complete lack of directions and signs only found out by going door to door. Hope this helps someone else.

Literally useless. Spent hours looking for where to check bags in, couldn’t contact anyone to actually speak to to get directions or help and when canceled still was charged $10. Wouldn’t recommend. :(

Found it difficult to locate as I didn't receive the confirmation email with the directions or even name of the store (Lott - a newsagency) until after I'd already picked up my luggage.

Really friendly staff, very convenient. The instructions could be clearer, but we found it thanks to the Google reviews. Just need to ask at the counter of the Lotto store …

짐을 급하게 맡길 일이 생겨서 이용하였습니다. 처음 가보시면 찾기 힘드실거예요. 지하(LG)에 전철 개찰구와 Pantre라고 하는 식료품점 앞에 있는 Lotto 가게가 보관소 입니다. 가게 직원이 매우 친절하셔서 편하게 말 걸면 도와주실거예요.

Took a while to find the location, it was at an X Lotto. Was otherwise an easy process once I figured out where to drop the bag off

真的找了很久 但店員人很好 如果從central廣場進入直走看到電扶梯後 下兩個手扶梯到地下2樓 往地鐵站旁邊的美食廣場美食廣場走到底到另一個車站旁邊的Lott店就是寄放行李的地方
