I have been going to BeautyTime from the beginning of their business journey and I will never go anywhere else! The service is amazing and the very few times I had issues with my lashes they were very quick to fix it! They truly do provide quality service - I appreciate how they care by checking on me and my lashes within 72 hours of getting them done! Every single time even though I’m a regular! Every single one of the technicians have been trained in a professional manner so no matter who does my lashes they know exactly what I want and how I like them! Making an appointment is so easy ! Had my lashes done last week and they look great, I’ve barely lost any lashes and it still looks like I just got them done! My technician Lily was so kind and so gentle throughout the whole process. She talked me through everything as I’m not too experienced with getting my lashes done. She also made sure I got exactly what I wanted. It was my first time at this salon and staff were so friendly and welcoming. The environment is serene and quiet, nice ambient music plays in the background which is great since I’m practically napping for 2 hours while they do my lashes. Overall great service, they really took care of me! Will definitely be booking here again.

I recommend the services of karly. Karly has fair hands. This is the person you need for eyelash extensions. She is adorable , takes the time to ask and explain the results to you before applying them to you. This is my 4th experience with her and every time I want something else I try them with confidence with her. She also mixes styles. If you have to wait a long time to have a slot with her, I wait. Love you and your job my beautiful karly. You only leave her house once you are satisfied with your eyelashes. I'm sure I'll come back to see you Karly. I really recommend it. I'm so happy I found this place and Christine, who did a fantastic job with my lashes. I've had mixed success with extensions in the past throughout my history of getting extensions, and I find that Christine really knows how to do my thin Asian lashes justice! The amount of care she put into my session was evident by how long my appointment was and the beautiful lashes afterward. They also followed up and helped me resolve some issues (I needed help dealing with sensitive eyes) which was unexpected. I would recommend Christine to everyone!

Amazing place for lashes and waxing! I absolutely love my lashes. I go every 3 weeks and they are still pretty full every time I go for a refill. I normally see Lily and she always asks how I liked them, if I want anything changed etc. She is extremely gentle and always does a great job. Linh is great for waxing and now my go to person. I am always surpised at how quickly she gets everything done. They also text me to ask how I liked the service after each visit. Customer service is definitely on point! Love this place!

I had such an amazing visit :) Was feeling very relaxed from the music, to the comfy chairs and new blankets provided, wonderful scent and atmosphere of the place, wonderful service and smooth appointment booking! This is where I usually go to get my lashes done, and I must say, I feel like each visit has only gotten better. I usually get my lashes done by Eric, and my visit yesterday was my favourite one yet since he captured exactly what I was looking for with my lashes <3 Can’t wait for my next visit!

I have been going here for 5+ years and have loved and recommended them to everyone! They wash your lashes every time! However last time I had a guy named Chris and he totally wrecked my eyes. I was crying the whole time since I was in so much pain and I told him they were stinging but all he did was put a fan on them and then kept going. Then after when they were blood shot they still made me pay full price. Wish I could go back since I loved them but this one expletive was horrible.

I recently decided to get my eyelashes done for the first time and chose to go to Beauty Time. I was not disappointed! The staff and technicians were so sweet, Kat really took her time with me to explain what would look best for my eye shape. She was super delicate, it was an amazing experience. The staff even checks in with you a few days later to see how your experience was and how your lashes are! I will definitely be back for a refill :)

Beauty time was amazing! Not only did they hold my appointment because I showed up to the wrong location, they were super understanding a nice about it! My appointment was with Eric Tran for a brow lamination and tint. My expectations were blown out of the park. He did a fantastic job, showed me how to care for them and brush them out to keep the shape! 10/10 highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Beauty Time! They are always so friendly and welcoming. I am never rushed through the service, and they ensure that I am happy with the set. I am always pleased with how full the eyelash extensions are. What I like most is that they wash my eyelashes before they do a refill. This really makes my eyes feel fresh and clean.

I had an amazing experience going to beauty time Kanata for my first ever set of lashes. Nini, the technician was so helpful guiding me through the process and made it feel very comfortable. The atmosphere is also very cute. I will definitely be going back in a couple of weeks for refills. 10/10 would recommend!!

Wonderful place! I love how they keep my set details on file so I never have to tell them what my measurements are for lashes every time I come in, they just refer to it. They are quick and efficient and also very friendly.
