BEWARE: when you want to return goods you need to provide all your personal details, including your full address and phone number. Apparently, it is to protect you. When asked in what way, I was referred to the Head Office without any explanation. I didn’t return the goods and will not shop in Bed Bath N' Table anymore (assume all outlets follow the same practice).

Like Adairs, its neighbour next door, this Bed Bath n' Table store has a beautiful range of items and the store's 20% off 5 day sale was an additional incentive to visit. We loved the beautiful range of Christmas decorations on sale. The store has an excellent range of products, and very friendly and helpful staff.

Great sales and stock currently which is great for Christmas however horrible service. No one greeted me or asked if I need help. We’re talking amongst themselves throughout the entire shop. When I went to pay I had to ask to get serviced. Not great

The products here are lovely, unfortunately staff were rude and unhelpful we had 'Julia' look after us and she was nothing but rude and treated us with contempt. Due to this we will not return to this store.

9:30 this morning on feb 1st, two employees talking very loudly about another employees private and intimate life, acted like i was interrupting them by purchasing… very unprofessional and rude

Staff are lovely and always willing to help. I really like the assortment of decor they keep so not only do you walk out with bedding or towels, you walk out with items to decorate your home ❣

The women who served us today was quite rude when I said how lovely the frame (we were buying) was, responding with a condescending ‘okay’.
