My partner and I came in pretty clueless as to what style/colour we wanted but were looking for a quilt cover, fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillow cases. Jane was an incredible help and went so far as to assist us with colour schemes and help us pick out a decorative pillow to match. She was essentially running around the whole shop to help us find what we wanted! When something wasn't within my budget, she adjusted the price range and helped us pick the perfect bed set. So grateful for Jane, would definitely come back again for the excellent customer service! Talk about above and beyond! Oh, and I also love the feature of being able to leave your bag with the staff- makes a big shopping day a lot easier.

Absolutely pathetic counter service...dont know why they employ red headed tweens that have folded a towel a day in their life! Bought a towel that was folded in a messed up clump and when I asked to redo it so it would fit in my bag (didn't have the heart to tell her her folding sucked)...she folded on the dirty floor!!!!!!!!! I mean sure I'm obviously going to wash the towel but the utter lack of respect is disgusting! Really disappointing service...B;&T you need to get a hold of your checkout chicken...she needs some work. Horrible after-taste coming to this particular BB&T.

Several times I've been here looking for particular things and the staff don't even bother to ask you if you need help . They are always talking/gossiping around the cashier not even acknowledging customers. Attitude seems to change when you buy something though?!. Manager needs to train thier staff better.

These days customer service is excellent. I was greeted with a welcoming smile and hello by every worker I came across and they were more than happy to answer my questions. I'm so happy with the cups I bought there. I never thought I'd find cups like them but they're perfect and the right price!

I am a big fan of this brand, especially of their blankets. Appreciate India, the girl who is working at Indooroopilly store today, for spending time to help me to get the blanket I am looking for as a Christmas gift for my friend! Will come back to get more lovely products …

We got served by a very friendly and helpful young lady on Sunday, near closing time. She went out of her way to find some extra stock from out the back. Thank you so much, you're an asset to your team.

Only buy from this store if your friend works there. This seems to be the only way to get any form of service. Really bad attitude to customers.
