Have you ever sat on a cactus? I have, and it was a more enjoyable experience than daring to step foot into this godforsaken store. BBnT employees have always brightened my day, yet I imagine those at this location are compensated in nothing more than a reduced number of lashings. I was made to feel as if having the AUDACITY to ask about an item was an infringement of their personal right as a human being to breathe. They offered no effort to hide the fact. After enduring a painful 15 minutes at this specific store, I would rather attach a car battery to each of my ears and let the current do its worst, than ever come back. A pity, really, considering BBnT is such a fantastic organization all around and every other experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. I hope one thing is clear: the mild absurdity of this review is NOT an exaggeration. May God have mercy on this location's management, for whatever they're going through to breed such a horrific working environment must truly be this century's greatest travesty. Located on the mezzanine level of Myer (take the escalators from Pitt St onto the ground level of Myer then turn around and take the other escalators up to the mezzanine). This store is great, the staff are lovely and always keep it very clean and the boxes not in the main walkways. The presentation of the store is immaculate and everything is easy to find. Bought some cotton patterned sheets and they're still going strong 4 years later. Excellent products if you can get them on sale (they always have sales anyway!) highly recommended.

Was rushing around with my 5 month old son just before Xmas and asked if I could pay for the Xmas tree and hold until the end of the day, said no as head office was closed so couldn’t process payment. Rushed into the city to get the tree, paid and ask for them to hold for an hour while we visited Santa, wouldn’t allow it so had to cart the 2 meter tree around with the pram and baby.... no Xmas spirit!

Been just served by Patricia if the name on the receipt is correct (dark hair) who is not only unaware of the products in the store as she said that she had never seen anything like what I was asking about in her entire time working there when the product was in front of her nose but was also rude. No one needs this kind of an attitude from an unprofessional sales person and I would avoid this store.

I had a really good experience there. The lovely lady helped me with a bathrobe. Her service was friendly and her conversation was very natural. I asked if I was allowed to open the packaging to see the size and she said "of course" without any hesitation. After trying it on, I loved the fitting and the material so I purchased it.

A big shout out to Violet the store staff member at this branch of Bed Bath n Table. She was very knowledgeable & so helpful today with our purchases. Our shopping experience was marred only by our frustration in actually finding this store. More directional signage within Myer would make it easier to find you !

Love the decor pieces at bed bath and tables, go there regularly to check out new products. Would be great if there are more products in stores more often. Having said that, they already have a good range of products. Prices are mostly quite reasonable. Staffs are especially helpful at the Sydney CBD Myer store.

Bad customer service. I called to ask where I could find a bolster pillow and the lady was rude, ignorant, narrow-minded and said she had no idea what that is and would not transfer me to anyone else nor tell me where I can find it.

The staff were so lovely and helpful and there were lots of great options on sale. It took me a little while to find the store as I'm not from Sydney, it's inside the Myer with its own little storefront!

Tucked away on mezzanine level of myer, its a baby shop compared to there other stores, which isn't a problem as they can get stock from other stores a big plus for the CBD, staff always friendly

Poor service. The staffs were chatting and didn’t care about the customers and then rushed for a quick purchase. Even did not ask any for MYER one card or member with them when paying.

Great customer service. I was assisted by Pat over the phone who confirmed some items were in stock and put them aside for me. Made my trip into the CBD quick and painless, thank you!

Beware - they sell your data on to other companies, don't sign up to their loyalty program as your name and email will be passed on to Experian's Data Partners such as Mounties Group.

Not a lot in stock... The service is generally okay. Some staff are very good and some staff are very indifferent. But overall a good place to shop.

It's actually on the Pitt St side of the mezzanine (lingerie) level in Myer. A little on the small side for BBT but still has all the essentials.

Went into the Bb&t in the myers complex and the 2 women couldn’t tear themselves away from their chat to help . Ridiculous !!!

Got a great discount with the loyalty program, showered my mum with blankets and throws! Quality of the products are amazing!
