I have been in the market for a new bed & mattress for a little while so I have been checking out a few stores, I walked into Bed n Dreams today in Mornington and the service was great. I was almost instantly greeted by Prasanna and asked if I needed any help which was the first time I was greeted and offered help by a staff member in the several stores I visited. Prasanna listened to what I needed and she showed me the best options available and even if I found something slightly better at another store, I was still inclined to do business with these guys. I believe today was the first day of trading as they're a new business - if they provide the level of service they did today then I have no doubt they'll be around for good. Thanks heaps guys and good luck with the new store.

Janine was the lovely lady who helped me and she was just wonderful! My old mattress, which I bought three years ago from another bedding store was causing terrible back pain. Janine had me try a few different mattresses that were suitable for my needs. She checked my back alignment, lying on my back and also my side. Her help and advice was invaluable. I learned a lot about mattresses, things I had no idea about until now! I would highly recommend Beds n Dreams to anyone looking to buy a mattress.

Next day, we visited the Mornington store - and met Gulia in person. Gulia was very helpful, giving us great customer service - and a great price. Lisa has made me poorer for buying the amazingly beautiful Hypnos Balmoral mattress, but richer for her experience and knowledge of the range in the Mornington store. My dad also bought a new mattress from Beds N Dreams. So eventually we'll all sleep well on new mattresses, having had a wonderful engaging experience with Lisa. I have purchased 2 mattresses in the last 2 years from beds n dreams . The staff are always friendly and helpful. I have had one of the mattresses for over a year now and it is as good as when I first purchased it. I have had some terrible mattresses over the years but I highly recommend these guys. Both purchases were made at the Mornington store and I could not fault their service.

We went into the Mornington Store and was greeted by Dave. Dave was fantastic and we explained that we have had issues with sore backs on previous beds. Dave was happy to spend as much time as we required asking us plenty of questions and testing different mattresses etc to make sure we Select the right mattress/pillow combination. Fantastic service. Outstanding knowledge and honest advice. Great experience from start to finish. Have used all the other bedding chains in the past, but Beds N Dreams is such a refreshing change and a much better selection of beds and mattresses with very reasonable price tags. Great customer service, we went to other retailers but couldn’t beat the knowledge and expertise this guy had, he was exceptionally educated in the making and manufacturing of the beds, so we got a greater understanding of why beds do what they do, when buying a good mattress consider a great base and you’ll get longevity from your purchase.

Bought the excellent quality Englander Seattle mattress and at a great price for our daughter. The sales person Aisher was patient and knowledgeable but most importantly listened to what we needed and didn't try to sell us what he wanted but rather gave us multiple options and scenarios and wasn't pushy.

Dave was knowledgeable and knew the beds to suggest based on my needs. I had previously researched Comfort Sleep’s Neolithic and it was the final bed he recommended. Got a great price and really happy with my purchase. Dave not pushy just incredibly helpful and knew his stuff. Would highly recommend.

Beds n Dreams had the bed I felt was most comfortable out of the three stores I visited, and the prices were much the same in each shop. However, the service and advice given at Beds and Dreams was far superior to any of the other options. Highly recommended.

Janine got me a great deal but before that she was super helpful,. I didn't know about gas lift beds so she showed me how they worked - it wasn't what I was after so back to that bed suite and I got a bargain on a beautiful suite.

Great service and picked up a gas lift queen sized frame with matching besides. Already on sale for $2300 but they dropped it to $2000. If you’re looking to update you bedroom couldn’t beat that.
