The worse customer service received. I ordered a single bed base and mattress, it was an urgent order as I had injured my back. I was told it would be a maximum of eight days to get it, and so I accepted to go with this store. Friendly at first, then once the deposit was paid, things changed. four weeks went past, never heard from this store. I had to ring twice and leave messages with different members, they never returned calls. Finally spoke to someone, who couldn't find my order and had to get someone else to look into it and call me back. Delivery would be another three weeks, she said, but had no clue when exactly. Meanwhile, I was sleeping on a mattress on the floor, waiting for my new mattress to arrive, as furniture had to be moved around, and a handy man had to be organized to unhook the bed head from my old bed base. The store blamed everyone, from manufacturers, to distributors, to delivery guys, but never took responsibility. Never apologized, and had a rude dismissive attitude on the phone, always trying to talk quickly and above me. the base was finally delivered six weeks later. This was an urgent delivery that was meant to take only up to eight days and it was a simple single bed base made here in Melbourne. When they delivered I had ordered metal silver feet for the base and they delivered black plastic feet. They even got the delivery wrong. Which meant having to organize for the manufacturer to come the next day to deliver the correct feet. Even the feet were of one standard size which I was not told about. Everything was so hard to organize, as the store staff is not product knowledgeable, extremely unprofessional and have no people skills. The level of stress they've put me through I cannot explain here as all that happened would take far too long to write. This is just a brief summary and a warning for anyone who is thinking of buying from here. I am surprised this business is still running. Never again!

The absolute WORST customer experience of my life to date. I would strongly advise people to avoid this store completely and to be cautious with any Bed Shed following this experience. One sales person in particular made this a horrible experience. I was lied to and told my bed suite would be delivered in 1-2 weeks, which became 3 weeks when I paid and it actually took 10 weeks to be delivered. I received no communication or updates from the store, and the sales person accused me of lying and verbally abused me when I tried to get an update on my delivery. He then proceeded to play games with me, leaving me on hold for 5-10 minutes at a time and when I would call back, the phone would be off the hook. After lodging a formal complaint with head office, I was told that there was nothing they could do. When I requested that the rest of my order (bed side tables and tall boy) be delivered, I was told that I should be the one to call around other stores for stock! The boxes that were delivered were dirty and stained my carpet and after asking for compensation for the entire process, I was offered 2 no-brand pillows which feel like a bunch of rags stuffed into a pillow case which came without proper packaging. Honestly the worst experience ever! Everyone I dealt with failed to apologise or demonstrate any kind of sympathy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!

Terrible experience! Poorly made bedding The legs would not secure properly to the bed they would barely screw in we were getting maximum two turns on the legs before it would stop The legs were all damaged with multiple dents Called the store I received no apology for the inconvenience from the staff at the high point store then they expected me to go out of my way further to try and get a replacement, they seem to fail to understand that it’s a extremely large item that can’t not just be placed in the back of a car They then continued to rush the situation to try and get the bed swapped over but when I told them they will need to look into this there was no hurry for them yet there was limited time before their store room closed They offered nothing to try and assist to resolve the matter all the responsibility for their faulty product was placed on me asif it was my fault the legs wouldn’t screw in After arguing back and forth and multiple phone calls they finally agreed to send someone to drop off a new bedhead and collect the faulty which was only after I kept asking for my money back They have no concern or consideration for any body else time but their own

Was hesitant is spending a lot of money but I couldn’t resist. I had been serviced by the wonderful Sandy D. She had a pure energy and had stated so many facts and I felt like she had huge passion towards me getting something that was going to last me a long time and that a bed and mattress. All questions were answered plus more, she was a true professional and made me so excited on such a big purchase. I truly believe she is a wonderful and such a great personality in such a boring environment but she made it so enjoyable. I didn’t want to leave, she then gave me recommendations about other products and facts on care. She really read the room and took her time, I appreciate it so much. Thank you sandy, you truly run that place, without you I can’t imagine they’d do too well!!!!!! Keep shining, you are so talented, smart and wonderful energy to be around xxxx

There is no option to give less than one star. Service today was absolutely appalling. Manager of the store is so rude and arrogant. You would think with hardly no customers around he would be more friendly and provide great service. This store should be shut down and reassess who is in charge of this store. As Management is usually a refection of staff. I left feeling horrible and because of this experience. Older guy servered us is so rude and arrogrant. Made us feel sick. Will never purchase from Bedshed. Even if you gave me the product for free i wouldn't want it because all i would be thinking about is the bad service attached to the product. I really hope you guys do something about that older man he should not be in customer service.

Chris is the most dedicated, invested and genuine sales man we have ever come across. He gave us many options, spent time and made effort to understand our needs. Chris showed us everything as per our needs and requirements. He was honest and felt very genuine and cared about what we are looking for.. Walking in to purchase a bed can be very daunting and stressful. Not knowing what to buy and which bed is best for you, Kristopher made it so easy and simple. His knowledge and guidance really helped us out on which bed to purchase and what was best for us. He really helped us get everything done in minutes. David (manager) is rude and is a liar. Don't trust him, Shop elsewhere. We bought our 3rd and last bed from here recently. When I arrived to pick up the mattress, David asked $70 more for the bed (even though it was fully paid for). When I questioned why, he was very obnoxious and said "you are bing difficult aren't you". After complaining to head office, no body rang me back or tried to find a solution and I had to follow up myself which was fruitless. Regional Manager admitted Davids error and that was it. Shop elsewhere. These guys don't deserve your money. Wont be back and neither will anyone I know.

After walking into a few of the other stores in the homemaker centre and being met with less-than stellar customer service, Kris was so lovely and helpful. I had a clear budget in mind, and I’ve recently recovered from a back injury so I had a very specific brief. Kris is really knowledgeable and was able to suggest a few different options for me to try that were all in my budget so I was able to splurge on the best possible mattress protector, and he helped me organise for delivery all while in the store. Some lovely humans here!

Most amazing Staff Olivia and and Sandra went above and beyond. really appreciate all the time spent with myself over the phone when ordering a mattress during the lockdown. Mattress came and I absolutely love it and was everything I expected, great customer service and delivery guys. All other bedding stores in the area I spoke to had no idea and made me confused. I recently purchased a mattress and pillows from Bedshed Highpoint. I purchased during the sale so got a great deal, ordered online (easy) and delivery was organised promptly. The Highpoint team was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, no issue to answer additional financing and delivery questions. In particular Chris went out of his way to personally deliver an item that was mistakenly missed in the delivery. Thanks for an excellent customer experience. Purchased beds for new home and salesperson had no problem selling the items. We needed delivery ASAP/urgent as we are in our new home with no beds to sleep on. When we called to ask where the beds were after we moved in... over a week later- the store told us the salesperson hadnt even booked a delivery of the beds for us despite the paperwork saying urgent delivery and ASAP. No problem taking the money and her commission, but no follow through on helping us to get our delivery. Not impressed.

Had a bad experience from the staff’s there today. We chose a bed frame and bed side tables and when we were about to make payment, the staff just went to serve other customers making us wait at the payment counter. Then another staff came across and asked us to move from there. He was rude and disrespectful literally asking us to go and and wait somewhere else. This behaviour is completely unprofessional and we literally walked out of the store.

Recently popped into the highpoint store to have a browse as I’ve been looking for a new bed and I was blown away by the phenomenal customer service I received by Kris. I normally don’t write reviews but the amount of knowledge that Kris had and the way that he took the time to listen to what I wanted truly amazed me and it needed to be shared. Kris, keep up the amazing work, you’re a saint and the definition of impeccable customer service!

I had an excellent experience shopping at Bedshed. Kris was patient and thorough in his explanations while also giving us space to think and compare a bunch of different options. His advice led to the purchase and delivery of a mattress I can safely say is the best thing I've ever slept on. He also arranged delivery to take place within a few days of purchase. Got a bed there and it really stunk. It smelt like mould. Asked for a replacement and they said their policy is 3 weeks to defunk, the customer having to air every day. After two weeks and no reduction in skanky smell they took one out of storage and tried to air it themselves. After it continued to stink they gave us a new one, freshly made. No sorry, no discount. Just reluctantly doing the right thing. Buyer beware.

David was outstanding! I called about a specific type of mattress Thursday afternoon. He confirmed it was in stock and arranged for delivery to my home Friday (the next day). The delivery person was excellent. He called to let me know he was arriving earlier than expected. We got the new mattress in and he took the old mattress with him. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction or better service.

Good variety of furniture should visit. I walked to buy a king suite but didn’t because of the worst customer service. The way he explained things, look like he doesn’t want to sell the furniture. Very rude and arrogant answers for questions I have asked. I am only writing the review to just to let the person know how the customers feel so he can change his behaviour not to bring negativity to bedshed.

Purchased a bed from Sandy, made it very clear of our need for fast delivery (1week) she took our money on this basis, full payment made on day. 1 week comes, no calls from anyone, when spoke to the warehouse they were very unknown when the bed would come. Very unorganised. Sandy was a very direct salesperson bordering on rude. If I had my time again I wouldn’t have given this business my money.

I walked in looking for a new mattress, luckily staff there were very knowledgeable and honest with which bed in my price range was the best for me. When organising delivery they explained my 2 options, giving me their earliest delivery date or the address to the factory to pick up myself if urgently needed. Thank you to the team for helping and making it a positive experience.

We came in with barely any knowledge about mattresses but Sandy made the experience so pleasant and helped us find the perfect mattress. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout and went above and beyond to order the product for us. In 2 days it was available for pick up. The team at Bedshed Highpoint were extremely professional with their excellent customer service (Olivia), my king bed frame is amazing quality and their delivery/ warehouse team were so helpful in organising a day for setup. Overall the service from beginning to end was second to none! And I’m extremely happy with my purchase and will be definitely buy again.

Horrible experience. The old guy is the rudest and most arrogant salesperson I have ever met. He is so full of attitude as if they are selling the products for free and the customer is in his mercy. We ordered a whole set of bedroom furniture from Bedshed Highpoint. We presented the sales staff with some tricky requests and they took it in their stride and provided us with a very good customer service experience. Not only that, the furniture was deivered on time despite being in Covid stage 4 restrictions. Would recommend.
