Here you'll spend $3000 on an overseas made bed worth $300. It's all just cheap foam. Customer service is horrendous, if you have any problems, the staff will just ignore you hoping you will give up, and it will take months to get them to act, and that's if you're lucky. Staff agressively try to upsell and clearly only want comissions. There is little difference between the beds, which are all abysmal in quality and just rebranded with a nice looking cover. Bottom line is that a $250 bed in a box performs far better than the bed we bought. Our Forty winks bed is now in the guest room, the most common complaint we receive after having a guest stay the night is the horrible bed. Don't be fooled by their "bed match" technology either. Anyone honest in the industry will tell you it's a scam. The bed we were tested on was not even connected to the "bed match" device! Furthermore, If I listed all the issues with the mattress itself, the list would dwarf even the largest of Tolstoy novels, chances are he had far superior bedding too.

My partner and I visited the Taylors Lakes branch today and was welcomed by a fabulous and friendly staff! Initially, we were assisted by Hannah who explained the mechanics of their bed/sleep analysis to help us get a start on the right bed. Hannah was great in providing clear explanation to help put us at ease so thank you, Hannah. From thereon, we were served by Sharon. What a fabulous customer service we received! Sharon was very knowledgeable in the products they had whilst staying patient, professional and non-pushy. She listened to what we were after to make sure we were making the right purchase and gave us privacy and time to talk things through between my partner and I before making our final decision to purchase. My wife and I came in with our young kids and were looked after by two reps, who also took the time to make sure our kids were engaged and occupied. They took the time to make sure we tested out suitable mattresses, were very practical and realistic with their recommendations (for or against certain decisions), and stopped trying to upsell us by picking up on our comments about our satisfaction with our existing pillows. The after-service was fantastic, as the bed didn't arrive with any instructions on connecting the bedhead to the mattress (it seemed straight forward, but we wanted to be sure of a couple of things). Bethany was fantastic in getting this information to us quickly and then checking up to make sure it was done. We also called up a couple of weeks later to ask some advice about underlays/protectors, and they gave us great advice without trying to upsell.

Outstanding customer service provided by Dan the store manager and a top notch experience to boot. I walked into Forty Winks (Taylors Lakes) with the thought of purchasing a bed and a mattress and it was Dan's patient approach in understanding how I slept that really made a difference and sealed the deal. After an initial computer assessment, he spent an abundance of time in ensuring that I could try out the various mattress and pillow options, so that I could finally settle on a combination that suited me best. I have to say I am very impressed, he went above and beyond in his role, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to this store after the good-vibes and professionalism that was experienced from start to finish. Prices were reasonable during the time I shopped in store due to Click Frenzy sales.

She was very knowledgeable about the beds, and although we did not choose the recommended mattress from the electronic assessment, she went out of her way to makes us feel comfortable with our purchase and was not pushy at all with getting to the payment. I am extremely happy with the service at Forty Winks watergardens. We went in there late in the day and was greeted by Vivi. She was so funny and wasn't pushy at all and let us take our time. She answered all of our questions and worked with us to find our perfect mattress. As we fell in love with the most expensive one, she worked wonders to get it within our budget. We are so impressed with Vivi and her staff, their hard work and the welcoming environment they created in the shop. They even organized the delivery free of charge. Good customer service is so hard to find and I walk out of most shops whinging about rudeness so this was a very pleasant surprise. My fiance and I ordered a bedroom suite and when it was delivered yesterday, the bed frame was damaged by the third party delivery drivers who demonstrated a lack of empathy, care and accountability for the situation at hand. Hana reassured myself that she would handle the situation and escalate to the relevant stakeholders, and within less than 24 hours she had options for us in terms of next steps. Excellent customer service and friendly, honest staff. Matt worked with me to pick out a mattress to help with my back issues. I was not rushed into choosing a mattress nor was I pressured into spending beyond my budget. I have been using this mattress for around a two weeks now and I believe the advice given to me by the staff shows their knowledge of their product and care for their customers. Communication was great throughout the purchase and order. Pickup for my old mattress wasn't available at the time due to covid however it was a very simple process to organise later on with Dan when the service was available again. More that happy to shop there again.

Went into the Taylors lakes store this afternoon to buy a new mattress. We were greeted by a lovely, bubbly, Pryce! The customer service which I received at forty winks Taylors Lakes was some of the best which I've experienced. Jerry the store manger was amazing, we spent up to nearly three hours choosing a king bed base and mattress and he was super knowledgeable and patient. A breath of fresh air really. Even with my 3 year old child running round like a headless chook. We ended up finding what we wanted and are couldn't be happier with our purchase. Exceptional customer service from Dan the store manage! I called up to enquire about a bed they had online, but wanted to make a slight change to it. Dan was straight onto the supplier with my enquiry and emailed me with all the details. He was at all times patient with my questions and very prompt with the email replies. Purchased the Silent Partner Aria Firm queen mattress. We Found this to be very hard on our bodies and were waking up sore; however Forty Winks honoured their 90 day comfort guarantee and we swapped it for the Aria Medium. This mattress is much better and I’m a happy customer. Cannot fault the service and assistance we received from the store and the delivery staff.

Edit. I gave a one star rating because of lack of customer service received by Ish. Now I'm getting called and harassed at my place of work. If I receive one more call to my work place I will take the matter further. Improve your customer service if you don't want to receive bad reviews, do NOT call me at my work place and continue to make me feel uncomfortable.
