It started with Ros who dropped by to say hello and 2 weeks later Graeme Squires, Head of Sales, came to inspect the house for an appraisal. The Appraisal Report was exhaustive and well presented. Graeme was frank and honest with the market trend and valuation. When we decided to put the house for Leasing instead of selling due to unfavourable market trend, Graeme promptly came back with Alex Nindra, Head of Leasing, to assess the situation and discuss the steps and work needed to put the house for lease. Alex was so patient with us, first time landlords, with our never ending questions. He cleared out what we thought were obstacles, making it easy for us to get to 'Go to Market Day 1'. Kudos to Alex! His dynamic & positive thinking, clear & timely communication and professional & realistic approach gave us peace of mind during the 3.5 weeks of finding the right tenant. Lily has also been really great handling the post marketing support and property management. We are happy with the outcome!
