If I could give a negative score, I would in a heartbeat. The person in charge who is at chair # 1 is RUDE and discriminatory. First experience, she put me last because I brought 4 kids to get a haircut and then a Caucasian man walked in the door after I did and therefore cha-Ching she skipped me and took care of the white man. So what I do now is ask and wait for Patricia because she’s good and genuinely cares about her customers. So this is my final experience because the lady who I am assuming is the owner (Chair#1) tells Patricia to help another customer who walked in the door even though we were next in line! If this lady is indeed the manager, she needs learn some leadership and customer service skills because you don’t know who you are helping and don’t know the connections they may have. I do not recommend this place not even to my worst enemy!

Comparado con otros lugares de zona es más caro y las habilidades para hacer cortes de cabello son más o menos las mismas (regular/deficiente). No obstante al parecer siempre tienen muchos clientes y por consiguiente el tiempo de espera es largo (alrededor de una hora). Además, no se respeta el órden de llegada para atender, ellos deciden quién es el siguiente en ser atendido dependiendo qué necesites y si el corte es para hombre o mujer.

Muy mala experiencia!!! eh ido como 4 veces y siempre ami esposo le salen que con que se va ocupar una hora esta última ves mi esposo decidió esperar mientras yo me hacia las uñas y nos paso nuevamente lo mismo hay favoritismo de clientes dicidieron pasar otra gente antes que a él! Cero profesionalismo aquí! No vengan no pierdan su tiempo !!! Mujeres encaradas y con muy mal servicio

Mala experencia la duena es bien enojona porque cuando haces preguntas ignoran tiene que estar contenta porque tienen clientes no tener mala cara cuando llegan nuevos clientes.las demas trabajadoras son buenas solo por eso doy una estrella mas.

I walked to the beauty salon to see if they could trim my ends . They wouldn’t even open the door for me and they shewed me away and wanted me to leave . I feel like they didn’t want a black person in their salon . Racist cowards

So rude, blamed the customer for their mistake. Will never go there again, the only good hair stylist was Ms.Irma, but now that she's gone I do not recommend getting your hair touched by them.

Great Beaty salon. The times I have been there great customer service. Kind of quite the owner but over all a great place to cut your hair or beard. Will kee going back.

i have been going to this shop for 4 months they give good, haircuts take their time and the haircut does not cost that alot of money it was fascinating.
