Staff got frustrated with me when I changed my mind on postage options. Coincidentally this given letter (which contained an important item) never arrived at it's destination. One can only wonder why... I’ve also sent a 2nd class tracked item and 8 days later this parcel hasn’t even left yet this post office. Avoid at any cost.
