I've been with the Bendigo Bank at Diamond Creek for over 20 years and while some of their services aren't available like they used to be (The longer opening hours that Bendigo had and every branch being open saturdays), The Diamond Creek Branch is exceptional, the service and personal care the staff take is better than at any branch of any bank I've ever dealt with, for personal or business accounts. You can speak to the Manager directly, and the staff always call back if they say they will call you back.

We received Absolutely amazing service from Ali with our home loan need. He went above and beyond and been so patient . The branch itself also is in good location, heaps of parking available
