Banks aren't the best known commodity. Just this branch is quite ordinary. Wanted to move banks as I thought I was getting a bad deal, and with the community spirit that Bendigo promotes, it's just not available. This branch showed me that I was actually on good personal terms with my bank, fees and charges were more at Bendigo and I'm still waiting a phone call back from their business banking person some four weeks later. Why support Bendigo when they don't want to support you?
