I went in not knowing what i needed, so the person helping me figured that out. Then she realized they didn't have what i needed. However, I left knowing what it was and how to get it. She was kind and patient and didn't laugh too hard when I showed her the dinasaur of a machine i needed help with even though it was almost as old as her.

I just don’t understand what is going on anymore at BestBuy. I purchased an appliance and had to wait almost 2 hours for them to straighten out a mix up in their system. Simply unacceptable. It was scheduled by the call center mixed it up and they couldn’t figure out how to fix it. Love the appliance though and it was a good bargain!

Went to this location to purchase a laptop. Even though on display, they didn't have this specific one in stock. But 2 other locations did. So we had to waste even more time, more gas, etc... To travel across town to purchase it. When situations like this happen, 'said' store should offer a discount and/or add ons for no cost.

Went to pick up a cellphone. The one they had wasn't the right carrier. Salesperson we worked with was extremely helpful and found the right one a few miles away. They made the process super simple. Location always has pretty good stock. Customer service is always good, but today there was only maybe 6 people on staff plus a couple of supervisors. Recommend they hire a few more people to compensate for short staff. That's why only 4 stars!
