I went to two Targets today with very different experiences. The second store, Target Centennial Hills, here in Las Vegas was not pleasant. Jordan at the first services was not pleasant and I ended up returning almost all of my purchases because I was so disappointed. My mother and I bought $50 worth of household items to be eligible for $15 gift card. I did not see the option for the gift card at self check out which is no problem and went to guest services, not a big deal because it has happened before. He claimed we only bought 2 items based on the app so my mother physically went to the household items to take a pic of the promotion card and he still refused. I make it a point to go to Target even though it is a higher price point than other stores based on the principle that it is a company that treats employees well. That does not mean treat customers poorly. The guest service person’s name was Jordan and the store manager’s name that he gave me was Bruce. I will be returning the rest of my purchases tomorrow. I will also probably not be going to a Target myself. My husband may but will advise him to no longer go.

Finally found one!!! The new LEGO Flower Boutique Botanical Collection!!! I heard they had come out but I couldn't find one anywhere but when I did I was so excited!! Really looking forward to the LEGO Bonsi Tree also!! But that's been even harder to find. Anyways, so I got it home and realized that the rose is it weird ugly like cream color and to me it just throws the whole bouquet off so I decided to go ahead and paint all those pieces this cute pink magenta color. I used this paint called One-Shot. It's really good paint. It's what pinstripers use to do pinstriping and also many other things. But don't the Roses look way better in the magenta color? I think so!! I think my favorite flower out of the whole set though are the snapdragons. I really had a lot of fun putting this together and I think you will too. I really recommend this as a buy if you're into these kind of things. LOL!!

12/2023 I ordered online for pickup at store. Online system is very user friendly. It was very easy to shop online with options for receipt of purchase. You can pickup in store or at the drive up and go. The in store pick up was great. There was minimal wait. The service rep Rebekah was very friendly and efficient. I had the correct items in the bag. ------------------------- This is an update from my last review. They are maintaining their great customer service. I was greeted at the door and throughout the store. They are extremely friendly, helpful and happy to be there. The team at online pickup were wonderful. They were fast and efficient. Interior was nice, neat, organized, and well maintained. Items were displayed very nicely. Wide aisles made it easier to maneuver. There are self checkout stations at each entrance/exit for fewer items.

I would like to give recognition to Cheryl who does the drive up orders & commend her for the excellent customer service today! She went above & beyond in helping me with questions I had regarding my email about my order. Needless to say, I didn’t have to go to another store which made me very happy considering it took time to pick everything out for pick up. Cheryl thank you for your exemplary service today & being a great representative for Target. All employees could learn a thing or two from you! I hope you are recognized for keeping your customers happy & heard. Keep up the hard work & thank you!

Stop with the self check out push. It is NOT my job to check my stuff out. You have plenty of employees, stop cutting their hours to force the consumers hand to self check. I don't mind self check out for small things but for $300 in my cart - not my job. If I'm going through self check out, I better be getting an employee discount. I felt so bad for the girl at checkout who had other things to do but so many of us do not want to self check that she couldn't leave. Do better Target!

Centennial Hills is my local Target, the remodel is coming along great ,except for trying to find items, which is okay , it just has me walking around longer than I would on a normal Target run :) The only negative is not having my normal things I come to Target for. Sometimes I'll go to another location, but it doesn't always work out. Starting to hop to TJ Maxx (Home Goods) a little cheaper , nice quality.

Long term Target shopper but after the lack of customer service today - don't think I will ever be back. Two young women at the customer service desk lack math skills and when I tried to explain their error was told I was rude and had no choice. Asked one her name - she had no name tag on and she just turned around and walked away. I used to love Target - how sad!

This Target is pretty huge despite it not being a SuperTarget. It has a CVS pharmacy and Starbucks inside. It has a good selection for all departments. It is clean and organized. Staff was very friendly and fast to check you out. There are also self check out kiosks if you do not wish to go to a cashier. I definitely would come back to this location.

I came to Target on centennial hills for baby formula, on the app it said they carried the specific for formula I needed. I asked the first person that I encounter that worked their and let me just say that Hailey, went above and beyond by calling another store to make sure they had it in stoked. I was I'm need of some supplies and decided to stop by my neighborhood target. I was able to get everything I needed quickly, and with the help of the employees at this location. I then paid and it was not too expensive! even had a black Friday deal. would recommend

Always a friendly and well stocked target! The drive up is fast and extremely helpful, most items are for same day pickup too. Compared to Walmart where you have to reserve a day and time, Target has this service nailed down! Thank you Target in Centennial!

We frequent this shop a lot and have been pretty pleased. It's convenient to pop in and get a coffee then do some shopping for groceries and department store items. The produce selection is pretty good considering its not a full blown

How can you not love Target? It’s the only store I willingly enjoy going back to even though I always spend more money than my list called for. They could improve a little by carrying more items/brands I’m looking for though.

Target is always very quick and efficient with my pickup orders. The staff are always very friendly and do a great job. No matter if it's windy or rainy or hot or cold. Those younger staff members are always on it! Cheers!

Went to Target yesterday for some last minute items I needed. I went to check out line 19, and Kes, the representative there, was extremely rude. She made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience.

Target is my go-to for almost everything. In reality, Target is cheaper than Walmart on many products and runs constant sales and promotions. The staff is always very nice too!

Their new remodeled store is inviting.. the isles bright clean and stocked. I didn't find make syrup there but I have found lots of other food items etc at an affordable price.
